Shawn Bradley is retiring after 12 seasons due to knee and hip injuries.

There's one guy in your fantasy league who is bumming right now because he picks up Bradley every single year in February when he plans on making a blocks run. Bradley shutting it down will actually help that guy out.

Maybe Avery Johnson is going to start him until Erick Dampier returns. If so, given Damp's uncertainty, Bradley could end up having some value if you need blocks and boards.

You know it's a crazy day in the NBA when Chris Webber plays with Allen Iverson and you have a Shawn Bradley sighting in 2005. We're not going to tell you to do anything drastic, but if you are desperate for a center in your league, watch this situation closely. With Erick Dampier out, anything is possible.

He used to have valued just for his blocks, but he doesn't even get those anymore. He could face a one-game suspension for the flagrant foul.

The Mavericks could add another big man by midweek, according to league sources.

The most likely scenario involves Dallas using their trade exception to acquire a salary of as much as $1.4 million. The Mavs have one open roster spot and could acquire a player like Primoz Brezec, Brendan Haywood, Jerome Moiso, Steven Hunter or Loren Woods (all of whom have salaries under $1.4 million) without swapping someone off the roster.

Shawn Bradley hit all six of his shots and finished with a season-high 12 points against the Pacers.

Bradley had one rebound and a block to go along with the points. He had missed 10 of his past 12 games with a back injury, but may be getting healthy. He is not worth owning at this point, but if he continues to play he could be a nice source for boards and blocks down the road.

Shawn Bradley played one minute for the Dallas Mavericks, and did not score tonight.

Bradley appears to be back (sort of) from his back injury. However, until he starts seeing consistent minutes, he has no fantasy value. However, if Fortson is to miss significant time with the tooth infection, Bradley could end up having some value.
