Tyler Ulis scored two points with two assists in nine minutes against the Jazz on Wednesday.
He may fall out of the rotation completely, but you're not going to use him at 10 minutes anyway. Drop Ulis everywhere. Feb 15 - 12:01 AM

Tyler Ulis (back) is available to play against the Jazz on Wednesday.

Even if he's healthy, he is not a lock for minutes with Elfrid Payton starting ahead of him and the Suns still wanting to look at Devin Booker at the point. Leave Ulis on the wire.
Feb 14 - 8:31 PM

Tyler Ulis (back) is listed as probable for Wednesday's game vs. the Jazz.

Devin Booker (hip) and Troy Daniels (finger) are both questionable for the Suns' final game before the All-Star break. Elfrid Payton has been playing big minutes and Ulis would still just be cleaning up scraps even if Booker and Daniels are ruled out, so there's no real fantasy upside.
Feb 13 - 3:58 PM

Tyler Ulis (back) will not play on Monday vs. the Warriors.

This means we'll see plenty of Elfrid Payton with Josh Gray backing him up. Ulis has little to no fantasy value right now and belongs on the waiver wire in most leagues.
Feb 12 - 9:28 PM

Tyler Ulis (back) was limited at Sunday's light practice.

Ulis sat out Saturday's game with the back issue, and that trend could hold on Monday night in Oakland. He wouldn't play much anyway with Elfrid Payton now on the roster.
Feb 11 - 3:29 PM

Tyler Ulis (back) will not play against the Nuggets on Saturday.

He was not expected to play today after his injury on Wednesday. Ulis is going to lose most of his minutes now that Elfrid Payton is in town, so Ulis is an easy drop in just about all leagues now.
Feb 10 - 7:09 PM

Tyler Ulis (back) will be a game-time decision for Saturday's matchup against the Nuggets.

Elfrid Payton is going to make his Suns debut on Saturday, which means Ulis will only split backup PG minutes with Josh Gray even if he is healthy enough to suit up. Ulis belongs on the waiver wire in standard-sized leagues.
Feb 10 - 1:02 PM

Tyler Ulis (back) is not expected to play against the Nuggets on Saturday.

He suffered a back injury on Wednesday and he's going to lose even more playing time upon his return with Elfrid Payton in the mix. Josh Gray will back up Payton, and Ulis can be dropped just about everywhere.
Feb 9 - 3:47 PM

The Suns are expected to add a point guard at the deadline or in the buyout market, according to Arizona Sports 98.7's John Gambadoro.

This could mean that Tyler Ulis (back spasms) could be out with his back spasms, or it could be that the Suns are just being cautious. They probably won't be giving up much, but you never know with the Suns. Either way, Ulis doesn't hold strong fantasy value right now.
Feb 8 - 10:50 AM

Tyler Ulis (back spasms) will not return on Wednesday.

It'll be the Josh Gray show right now and maybe Dragan Bender at the point after that. Yes, the Suns are in trouble here. Gray is a decent deep-league add just for volume.
Feb 7 - 11:55 PM

Tyler Ulis (back spasms) is questionable to return to return on Wednesday.

Well, the Suns are running out of point guards with Josh Gray the last one standing. We may even see some Dragan Bender at the point. Gray isn't a terrible add in deep leagues.
Feb 7 - 11:28 PM

Tyler Ulis started for Devin Booker (hip, ribs) on Tuesday vs. the Lakers, scoring eight points with seven assists, one rebound and three turnovers in 30 minutes.

Booker is not expected to play Wednesday against the Spurs, so Ulis should be in line for at least one more start. He was 4-of-11 from the field and missed all three 3-pointers, but backup PG Josh Gray was almost just as productive in half the minutes Ulis saw. Even while Booker is out, Ulis hasn't played well enough to be considered in standard leagues.
Feb 7 - 1:21 AM

Tyler Ulis will be in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Lakers with Devin Booker (hip, ribs) unavailable.

Ulis has been very hit-or-miss this season, but as the only healthy point guard on the roster for Tuesday's game, he could be looking at 30-plus minutes which would put him on the DFS radar. Troy Daniels should also have the opportunity for some extended minutes, and he could be someone to consider streaming for those seeking a cheap source of triples.
Feb 5 - 5:02 PM

Tyler Ulis scored 14 points with one rebound, two assists and two 3-pointers in 20 minutes against the Jazz on Friday.

While garbage time did help him out, Ulis was pretty solid in the first half as Devin Booker's backup. Ulis should be the man off the bench behind Booker because of the gruesome injury to Isaiah Canaan, but he'll likely only see minutes in the teens most night. Ulis is still only a desperation add for now.
Feb 2 - 11:46 PM

Tyler Ulis checked into Friday's game vs. the Jazz.

He's dealing with back spasms and was a game-time call, but the Suns never updated his status. We'll let you know how he fares after the game.
