He hasn't played in a game since late December, so the idea that he's being 'rested' is pretty amusing, and it's telling that the Nets would rule him out this early on a day when Joe Johnson (heel) won't be available.

Jerry Stackhouse (stiff neck) was active on Sunday but he did not leave the bench, picking up a DNP-CD.

P.J. Carlesimo has been unhappy with his bench play recently, so Stack could find himself back in the rotation eventually. Until then he is a non-entity in average fantasy leagues.

MarShon Brooks wasn't much better, scoring five points on 1-of-5 FGs in 13 minutes, and there's no reason to think either guy will have reliable value.
