Blazers released C Jarron Collins.

Collins' second 10-day contract expired on Sunday night. Understandably, the Blazers didn't want to sign him for the rest of the season.

The Trail Blazers have signed Jarron Collins to a second 10-day contract.

Collins has zero fantasy appeal, and it's unlikely that Portland will keep him once this deal expires.

Blazers signed C Jarron Collins to a 10-day contract.

With Joel Pryzbilla and Dante Cunningham now in Charlotte, the Blazers need some depth up front. Collins' limited skills, however, make him useless in fantasy even if Marcus Camby were to go down again.

Jarron Collins' agent said Monday that he is "hoping to sign a 10-day contract in the near future" with the Blazers.

The move makes sense with the Blazers trading away what little frontcourt depth they had to get Gerald Wallace, but in any event Collins is an extreme long-shot to have fantasy value, anywhere.

According to inside sources, the Clippers have notified Jarron Collins that he will be released.

Hopefully you weren't banking on Collins.

The Clippers have signed veteran center Jarron Collins to a second 10-day contract.

Collins has no fantasy appeal in L.A. or anywhere else. After this deal expires, the Clips must decide whether to re-sign him for the rest of the year or let him walk away.

The Clippers signed center Jason Collins to a 10-day contract on Wednesday.

They waived him on Monday and just like his twin brother, who is now starting for the Hawks, he has no fantasy value.

The Clippers waived center Jarron Collins on Monday.

Does this mean Chris Kaman is close to coming back? Probably, but Collins, just like his twin brother who is starting for the Hawks, had no fantasy value.

Jarron Collins is reportedly planning to sign with the Clippers.

The 31-year-old averaged 1.0 point in 34 games for Phoenix last season and should be off the radar in all fantasy formats.

As expected, Jarron Collins was invisible in his start for injured Robin Lopez (back) on Sunday, playing just 11 minutes without scoring any points and just two rebounds and an assist to his credit.

He's a starter in name only, and this is a good measure of what to expect in terms of playing time, and needless to say he is not a fantasy option.

Newly-acquired Jarron Collins says he's ready for whatever role the Suns need him to fill.

With Robin Lopez on the shelf with a fractured foot, Collins could regularly see time in the team's rotation. "I'm very professional about my job," Collins said. "Whenever I'll be called upon to go there and do my job, I will do that to the best of my abilities." The Suns open the season Wednesday night against the Clippers.

The Suns claimed Jarron Collins off waivers and he should crack the rotation while Robin Lopez recovers from a fractured foot.

The veteran provides some much-needed size and defensive ability to the Phoenix frontcourt, but he doesn't have fantasy value.

Jarron Collins, who will be waived by the Blazers on Thursday, is expected to try out for the Suns.

Regardless of what happens here, ignore him on draft day - even in your 30-team league.

Veteran Jazz center Jarron Collins said Tuesday he plans on going to training camp with the Trail Blazers, meaning his days with the Jazz are over.

"It was an honor and a privilege to play for the organization," Collins said of his time in Utah, "and to play with all my teammates throughout the years and be around all the people in the organization."
