J.R. Bremer started at point guard for the Cavs again tonight, but was completely ineffective as he posted virtually no production in 13 minutes of play tonight.

Based on his recent performance, like Miles, Bremer has no value whether starting or coming off the bench.

J.R. Bremer moved into the starting lineup tonight at point guard and scored five points for the Cavaliers.

LeBron James shifted to shooting guard and Bremer played 20 minutes at the point, hitting just 2-of-6 shots and dropping just two dimes. Bremer may start a couple more games, but look for James to move back to the point guard position and for Darius Miles to replace Bremer in the starting lineup before too long.

After going 1-of-11 in Wednesday night's loss, J.R. Bremer has made just five of his last 41 shots.

J.R. Bremer scored just two points tonight in a loss for Cleveland.

He cooled off tonight, shooting just 1-of-10 from the floor. Bremer will probably be inconsitent all year and should not be relied upon unless he becomes a starter for the Cavs.

Reserve guard J.R. Bremer had 20 points and six threes on Wednesday.

The Cavs rode Bremer's hot hand, using him over Darius Miles for much of the game. If Bremer plays like this often -- something that's not all that likely to happen -- Miles' value would drop.
