Associated Press named Saints CB Marshon Lattimore its 2017 Defensive Rookie of the Year.
The Saints swept the rookie voting, with Alvin Kamara taking offensive honors over Kareem Hunt. Lattimore allowed a 45.3 passer rating in coverage this year, the third-lowest mark in the league. He didn't give up any touchdowns and intercepted five passes despite missing three games to injury. Lattimore played a major role in the Saints first playoff appearance since 2013, turning around a perennially bad secondary. Bills CB Tre'Davious White (4) and 49ers LB Reuben Foster (1) also received first-place votes. Feb 3 - 7:36 PM

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) is active for Week 14 against the Falcons.

As is FS Marcus Williams. Lattimore ended up missing 10 days with his ankle issue. He could be at risk of re-injury — he tried to re-enter in Week 12 but aggravated the injury on his first play back — but should be a thorn in Julio Jones' side as long as he stays on the field. Lattimore has been one of the league's most impressive rookies this season, if not the most impressive.

Saints CB Marshon Lattimore (ankle, questionable) is expected to play Thursday night against the Falcons.

Things appeared to be trending that way after he got in a limited week of practice. Lattimore might not be 100 percent, but his presence is a downgrade for Matt Ryan and Julio Jones.

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) is questionable for Week 14 against the Falcons.

Lattimore was close to suiting up last week against Carolina and would seem to have a better chance of playing on Thursday night after getting in a limited week of practice. His return would be a downgrade for Julio Jones, who struggled against Xavier Rhodes in last week's loss to Minnesota.

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) returned to Saints practice Tuesday, getting in a limited session.

It's Lattimore's first practice since he went down in Week 12, and gives him a chance to return against the Falcons on Thursday. Lattimore was a game-time decision on Sunday, something that could repeat itself this week.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Saints CB Marshon Lattimore (ankle) will be inactive for Week 13 against the Panthers.

The Saints seemed legitimately open to the possibility of Lattimore playing, but must not have liked what they saw in pre-game warmups. It's the right call. Lattimore tried to play through the injury last week, but immediately re-tweaked it on his first snap. His absence is a huge boost for both Devin Funchess' prospects and the game living up to its shootout potential. Also inactive for the Saints are WR Austin Carr, OT Bryce Harris, DE Al-Quadin Muhammad, C Cameron Tom, RB Jonathan Williams and S Marcus Williams.

ESPN's Dianna Russini confirms Marshon Lattimore (questionable, ankle) is expected to start Week 13 against the Panthers.

Lattimore won't get final clearance until he goes through pre-game warmups, but it looks like he's going to grind it out. With Ken Crawley (abdomen) also returning, the Saints should have both of their starting corners back this week. That's bad news for Devin Funchess.

According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Marshon Lattimore (questionable, ankle) will "try" to play Week 13 against the Panthers.

Lattimore sat out Week 12 but was able to get in two limited practices this week. Even at less than 100 percent, Lattimore's return is a downgrade for Devin Funchess. With Greg Olsen (foot) likely out and Funchess matched up with Lattimore, this could be a big week for Christian McCaffrey in the short passing game.

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) is questionable for Week 13 against the Panthers.

Lattimore wasn't seen at the open portion of Friday's practice but was later listed as a limited participant. His status is truly up in the air, though we're guessing Lattimore will try and gut it out in a divisional game with playoff implications. If he plays, it will be a downgrade for Devin Funchess.

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) wasn't seen at the open portion of Friday's practice.

Lattimore began the week with a limited session but was downgraded to "DNP" on Thursday and it looks like he's sitting again Friday. He's on the wrong side of questionable for Sunday's tilt with Carolina. Devin Funchess would stand to benefit from Lattimore's absence.

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) didn't participate in the open portion of Thursday's practice.

This would be a downgrade for Lattimore, who was limited at Wednesday's session. The Saints should get Ken Crawley (abdomen) back this week, but Lattimore's status is still up in the air. If Lattimore sits Sunday versus the Panthers, it would be an improvement to Cam Newton's matchup.

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) returned to a limited practice on Wednesday.

Ken Crawley (abdomen) was also limited on Wednesday. Both are trending in the right direction for Sunday's home game against the Panthers. Rams QB Jared Goff lit up the Saints for 354 passing yards with Lattimore and Crawley both sidelined in Week 12.

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) is out for Week 12 against the Rams.

Ken Crawley (abdomen) has also been ruled out, leaving the Saints without their top two corners. It's an improvement to Jared Goff's matchup, though he'll likely be without his best receiver, Robert Woods, who is nursing a shoulder injury. Look for P.J. Williams to start opposite De'Vante Harris this week with Kenny Vaccarro working in the slot.

Marshon Lattimore (ankle) was seen in a walking boot on Wednesday.

Lattimore suffered the injury in Week 11 and didn't practice on Wednesday. The Saints re-signed Sterling Moore earlier this week, suggesting that Lattimore won't be available Sunday in Los Angeles. The first-round rookie has been even better than advertised this year, earning PFF's No. 4 cornerback grade out of 119 qualifiers. Lattimore would be a big loss, though Kenny Vaccaro (groin) is expected to return this week following a two-game absence.

Saints No. 1 CB Marshon Lattimore briefly re-entered Sunday's overtime win over the Redskins, but excited after one snap after re-injuring his right ankle.

Lattimore's one return snapped occurred in the third quarter. Lattimore wasn't noticeably hobbled on the sidelined, and tweeted afterward he was "solid." There's at least a chance he suits up for Week 12 against the Rams.
