Saints waived WR Mark Bradley.
Bradley signed with the Saints earlier this month. He's got a lot of ability, but injuries and inconsistency have made him a bust. WR Rod Harper, G Tim Duckworth and CB Danny Gorrer were also cut. Tue, Aug 24, 2010 08:31:00 PM

Saints signed WR Mark Bradley to a one-year contract.

The timing is odd, as the Saints got Marques Colston back this week and Robert Meachem (toe) is due back next week. With Courtney Roby and Rod Harper helping out on special teams behind the top four receivers, the Saints have no room to keep Bradley. He needs an injury or two to show up on the final roster.

Bucs released WR Mark Bradley.

Long on talent but short on instincts and durability, the former No. 39 overall pick was never going to make the Bucs with a $1.23M salary. Bradley might get another shot elsewhere, but his days as a fantasy sleeper are long gone.

Bucs re-signed restricted free agent WR Mark Bradley to a one-year, $1.226 million contract.

Bradley was tendered at the original pick level. The Bucs are desperate for wide receiver help with Antonio Bryant gone and Michael Clayton inept, but there's not much upside with Bradley. Highly injury prone, he's behind at least Maurice Stovall and Sammie Stroughter on the depth chart.

The Bucs extended an original pick tender to restricted free agent WR Mark Bradley.

Tampa Bay becomes the latest team to take a flier on Bradley, who is now setup for more than $1 million in salary in 2010. The No. 39 overall pick in 2005 out of Oklahoma, Bradley was waived late last season by the receiver-depleted Chiefs. He'll be in the mix for a roster spot in training camp.

Buccaneers claimed WR Mark Bradley off waivers from the Chiefs.

Bradley won't solve Tampa's receiver woes in the last two games, but the Bucs will have the opportunity retain him in restricted free agency this spring.

Chiefs waived WR Mark Bradley.

It's odd timing with Bradley coming off his best game since Week 1, but the impending free agent was not in the team's future plans. With Dwayne Bowe back, the Chiefs will go with Bobby Wade and Lance Long as the third and fourth receivers. Bradley could land on a receiver needy team such as Carolina or Tampa Bay.

Mark Bradley caught three balls for 52 yards and a touchdown in the Chiefs' Week 15 loss to Cleveland.

Entering the game, Bradley had not topped 35 receiving yards in a game since Week 1. He could easily go back to being a fifth receiver if the Chiefs activate Lance Long next week. Bobby Wade is another option at No. 3 wideout. Avoid K.C. pass catchers behind Dwayne Bowe and Chris Chambers.

Chiefs beat writer Kent Babb suggests that Mark Bradley could be a healthy scratch in Week 10.

Bobby Wade was the odd man out in Week 9, but Bradley dropped two of his three targets and has fallen behind Lance Long and Chris Chambers on the depth chart. Bradley will not garner much interest in offseason free agency.

Chiefs WR Mark Bradley had two drops in the team's Week 9 loss to Jacksonville.

His lone catch went for 12 yards. Bradley has fallen behind practice squad type Lance Long and mid-season waiver pickup Chris Chambers. He could be inactive in Week 10 if the Chiefs give Bobby Wade another shot.

Mark Bradley caught two passes for 22 yards in Week 6 against the Redskins.

Bobby Wade again took a ton of Bradley's snaps, which isn't a good sign. Neither wideout has fantasy value.

Mark Bradley started, but caught only three passes for 35 yards in the Chiefs' Week 5 loss to Dallas.

He continues to rotate with Bobby Wade, who has passed Bobby Engram to be the team's go-to slot option. Engram was a healthy scratch Sunday, while Wade caught four passes for 42 yards. Bradley and Wade cancel out each other's production. One would need the other to get hurt to be a fantasy play.

Mark Bradley had two catches for 19 yards in Sunday's loss to the Giants.

None of the Chiefs secondary wideouts (Bradley, Bobby Engram, Bobby Wade) are worth owning. Even though Dwayne Bowe (hamstring) played in this one, this passing attack is a total debacle and there's not much light at the end of the tunnel.

Mark Bradley caught four passes for 22 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's loss to the Eagles.

Bradley filled in for Dwayne Bowe (hamstring) and was Matt Cassel's favorite target. He did a great job to out-jump Ellis Hobbs on a fade route for a second-quarter touchdown. Bradley also ran a reverse for 22 yards and completed a pass off a trick play for 26 yards. Expect Bowe to be back for Week 4.

Chiefs coach Todd Haley expressed some displeasure with Mark Bradley after Sunday's loss to the Ravens.

Haley said the receivers need to be more aware of where the first-down sticks are. Bradley caught a third-down pass just short of the marker. Still, Bradley caught four balls for 73 yards in the game and had seven targets. The signing of Bobby Wade shouldn't hurt him too much.
