ESPN's Coley Harvey believes "there's a good chance" free agent OT Eric Winston will be back with the Bengals.

Winston has expressed mutual interest in re-signing with the Bengals. He started the final two games of the regular season and in the playoffs, but won't be returning as more than a swing tackle. Winston didn't sign until December last year and should only require a one-year deal.

Impending free-agent OT Eric Winston said there is mutual interest in him returning to the Bengals in 2015.

Signed in December, Winston started at right tackle for the final two games of the regular season and the Wild Card loss to the Colts. Winston was far from impressive in his short stint with Cincinnati, but he brings a ton of experience to the table and would be a solid swing tackle.

Bengals signed OT Eric Winston.

OT Jamon Meredith has been waived in a corresponding roster move. An eight-year veteran who started every game between 2007-2013, Winston gives the Bengals insurance at tackle with Andre Smith (triceps) done for the season. Bengals.com expects Winston to be inactive for Week 14 before debuting in Week 15. For now, Marshall Newhouse will continue to fill in on the right side, but Winston could eventually see snaps.

Vikings worked out free agent OTs Eric Winston and J'Marcus Webb.

The Vikes need a body with RT Phil Loadholt (pec) done for the season. It's unclear if either Winston or Webb will get a deal. Winston is the NFLPA president.

Free agent OT Eric Winston will visit the Eagles on Tuesday.

As is free agent OG Wade Smith. The Eagles are in deep trouble at right tackle after Allen Barbre suffered a severe high-ankle sprain in Sunday's win. Starter Lane Johnson is suspended for the next three games, leaving Chip Kelly and company with journeyman Andrew Gardner to the right of LT Jason Peters. Winston has reportedly also drawn interest from the Packers.

The Packers have interest in free agent RT Eric Winston.

Winston could give the Packers a starting option at right tackle until Bryan Bulaga (knee) returns. Derek Sherrod struggled mightily in Thursday night's loss to Seattle, giving up two sacks. Bulaga is expected to miss 2-4 weeks.

Seahawks released RT Eric Winston.

The president of the NFLPA is out of a day job once again. Winston, 30, was brought in on a flier to see if he could unseat rookie Justin Britt at right tackle, but apparently struggled just as badly as he did while getting embarrassed as a Cardinal last season.

Seahawks signed RT Eric Winston to a one-year contract.

Winston, 30, started all 16 games at right tackle for the Cardinals last season, but struggled both in the run and pass games and graded out as a bottom-eight tackle at Pro Football Focus. In Seattle, the favorite for starting right-tackle duties is Michael Bowie. Second-round rookie Justin Britt is also in the mix to replace the departed Breno Giacomini. Winston will simply compete for a spot.

Profootballtalk expects the Ravens to give free agent RT Eric Winston a "look-see."

Now that June 1 has arrived, unsigned players are classified as "street" free agents and won't factor into the 2015 compensatory-pick equation. Veterans like Winston, DT Kevin Williams, RB Ronnie Brown, and CB Terrell Thomas could find homes for at least the summer shortly. Winston has a history with Ravens OC Gary Kubiak from their Texans days, and Baltimore needs a right tackle.

The Ravens could look at free agent RT Eric Winston if they don't select a right tackle early in the draft.

It's a logical fit that keeps coming up because Winston was Gary Kubiak's starting right tackle for five seasons in Houston. Kubiak is now Baltimore's offensive coordinator. The 30-year-old Winston would serve as competition for in-house candidate Ricky Wagner -- assuming they can't land a tackle like Notre Dame's Zack Martin or Michigan's Taylor Lewan at No. 17 overall.

Coach John Harbaugh confirmed the Ravens have not had any contract talks with free agent RT Eric Winston.

The Ravens have just Ricky Wagner as an in-house replacement for Michael Oher, but 30-year-old Winston wouldn't be much of an upgrade despite his ties to OC Gary Kubiak. ESPN's Jamison Hensley expects Baltimore to target a right tackle early in the draft.

Free agent RT Eric Winston wants to sign with a team before the draft.

As would all veteran players left on the market. Winston prefers to remain with the Cardinals but admits talks haven't been "super positive." Some believe Winston's new title as NFLPA president may be working against him.

Free agent RT Eric Winston said a few teams have expressed interest in him.

Winston, 30, says he's being selective. Working against him is that he's a right tackle only without versatility. The new NFLPA president started all 16 games on the right side for Arizona last season, surrendering seven sacks. At 6-foot-7 and 302 pounds, Winston is a natural in zone-blocking systems.

New NFLPA president Eric Winston guaranteed that an 18-game season will not happen under his watch.

"It's a safety issue," Winston said. The free agent tackle did allow that he and the player union are open to the idea of adding one playoff team to each conference, thus creating six total games on Wild Card Weekend. That change appears likely to be implemented for the 2015 season.
