Packers re-signed DB Jarrett Bush to a three-year contract.
Bush drew interest from the Rams, Jets and Cardinals, but will return to the team where he's spent his entire six-year career. He intercepted a career-high two passes last season, but was typically poor in coverage, and played only 297 defensive snaps. It's unlikely Bush was being offered more playing time elsewhere. He figures to focus on special teams in 2012. Tue, Mar 20, 2012 11:59:00 AM

Free agent DB Jarrett Bush visited the Jets on Saturday, and will visit the Cardinals Monday.

Bush has also drawn interest from the Rams and Cowboys, and reportedly remains an option in Green Bay. He's drawing a lot of interest for a player who played very poorly in 2011.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports the Rams are interested in free agent DB Jarrett Bush.

An ace special teamer, Bush was a nightmare on defense last season, routinely getting burned while playing in one of the league's worst secondaries. He'd likely be in for few defensive snaps in St. Louis.

Jarrett Bush is currently in the lead for the Packers' dime back job.

It's an indication that rookie Davon House and former second-round disappointment Pat Lee have continued to fail to step up. The Packers are always better off when Bush is focusing strictly on special teams. He's awful in coverage.

Packers beat writer Pete Dougherty calls DB Jarrett Bush a "special teams player miscast as a nickel or dime cornerback."

Bush was forced into a prominent role on defense when Al Harris went down with an ACL tear. The Packers have to figure that Harris won't be back at 100 percent considering his age, so they'll need to shore up their secondary depth.

Packers matched the Titans' offer sheet for DB Jarrett Bush, ensuring that Bush will stay in Green Bay.

Bush's new deal is for three years at $4.5 million with a $1 million bonus. He will return as one of Green Bay's top special teamers, but he's unlikely to get more defensive opportunities.

The Titans have signed restricted free agent DB Jarrett Bush to an offer sheet.

Bush entered the league as an undrafted free agent, so the Titans would not be obligated to hand over a draft pick if they sign him successfully. The Packers have seven days to decide whether to match the offer.

Restricted free agent DB Jarrett Bush is scheduled to visit the Browns after meeting with the Ravens Wednesday.

The former undrafted free agent won't net Green Bay compensation if another team signs him to an offer sheet. Bush also drew interest from the Titans.

After negotiating with the Titans on Monday, restricted free agent DB Jarrett Bush is scheduled to visit with the Ravens Wednesday.

Bush was second on the Packers in special teams tackles last year. He's listed as a safety and a corner, but has mostly been ineffective on defense.

The Titans hosted restricted free agency DB Jarrett Bush on Friday.

Bush would be a key special teamer, but he was burned often in coverage last season.

The Packers extended low restricted free agent tenders ($1.01 million) to DB Jarrett Bush, FB John Kuhn, and DE/OLB Jason Hunter.

All three were originally undrafted and would require no compensation for another club to acquire via offer sheet. Bush is a cornerback/safety, but focuses mostly on special teams. Kuhn is a short-yardage fullback.

Jarrett Bush (ankle) is likely to miss Sunday's game against the Bears.

The Packers already had bad news on defense when Nick Barnett went down for the season. They can't be happy about the depleted defense with a big division game looming.

Packers DB Jarrett Bush had two interceptions on Saturday night.

Both came off Seahawks QB David Greene. Bush would have had a third, but it bounced off his chest. Bush is competing with Patrick Dendy for the third cornerback spot.

Packers DB Jarrett Bush is in contention for the third cornerback position.

His is currently behind Patrick Dendy, but the margin seems to be closing fast. Bush has impressed in camp while Dendy has been beaten for numerous big plays. Behind Bush are Frank Walker and Tramon Williams.
