Harry Douglas caught 3-of-6 targets for 20 yards Week 3 against the Colts.
All three catches came in the first half. The performance was slightly better than the 1-of-8 showing last week, but Douglas has now caught just 9-of-16 targets for 53 yards this season. He should not be owned in redraft leagues. Sep 27 - 4:56 PM

Harry Douglas caught 1-of-8 targets for nine yards in the Titans' Week 2 loss to the Browns.

There's simply no excuse for the Titans giving Douglas snaps ahead of Dorial Green-Beckham, who beat Joe Haden for a touchdown in Sunday's loss. Through two games, Douglas has 33 yards on 11 targets. He is a backup in the NFL who is being miscast as a starter by coach Ken Whisenhunt.

Harry Douglas secured two catches for 24 yards and a touchdown in the Titans’ Week 1 win over the Buccaneers.

The two catches accounted for his only targets of the afternoon. Inexplicably, five of Douglas' nine career touchdowns have come against the Bucs. He probably would have gotten more involved if the game hadn’t been such a blowout, but that doesn’t mean fantasy owners should make a beeline for the waiver wire. There’s a reason Douglas went undrafted in the vast majority of fantasy leagues. Trust your instincts and let Douglas be someone else’s problem.

Harry Douglas is listed as the starting receiver opposite Kendall Wright on the Titans' initial training camp depth chart.

As expected. Hakeem Nicks and Justin Hunter are the second-teamers, while Dorial Green-Beckham and others bring up the rear of the depth chart. The Titans would prefer to see Hunter or Green-Beckham push Douglas into a No. 3 job, giving them some size and leaping ability on the outside while Wright and Douglas work as chain-movers. Douglas is unlikely to become anything more than a WR5.

ESPN Titans reporter Paul Kuharsky expects the team to open the season with Harry Douglas and Kendall Wright starting at wide receiver.

Oof. It would be quite the disappointment if second-round rookie Dorial Green-Beckham didn't win a first-team job out of camp, especially after Justin Hunter's felony assault arrest. If Douglas and Wright are indeed the first-string wideouts, the Titans would field the worst receiver corps in the league.

Harry Douglas is learning X, Y, Z and F in the Titans playbook.

In other words, Douglas is preparing to play all over the field -- not just in the slot. The Titans want to use both Douglas and Kendall Wright (who played 72.7 percent of his snaps in the slot last year) "inside and out." So although Justin Hunter's ceiling is high, we saw nothing to suggest he's going to reach it anytime soon. That should leave Wright, Douglas and Dorial Green-Beckham as the Titans' preferred three-wide set.

Titans signed WR Harry Douglas, formerly of the Falcons, to a three-year contract.

Douglas reunites with his former coach in Titans TEs coach Mike Mularkey. He'll replace Nate Washington in three-wide sets behind Kendall Wright and Justin Hunter. Going to the Titans' wasteland, we can continue to ignore Douglas.

The Nashville Tennessean reports the Titans "remain in the mix" for free agent Harry Douglas.

We've been holding our breath. Coming off a miserable 2-14 season, the Titans appear set to follow their free-agent recipe of the past two seasons, going hard after spare-part veterans. In addition to pursuing Douglas, they're chasing Anthony Fasano, and were in the mix for Cary Williams. To put it bluntly, the Titans need a new voice at general manager.
Mar 10 - 12:00 AM

Free agent WR Harry Douglas will meet with the Titans on Thursday.

Douglas has spent the bulk of his career playing second fiddle to talents like Julio Jones and Roddy White. Tennessee has plenty of cap space and currently has Kris Durham as its No. 3 receiver. Douglas knows new Titans assistant HC Mike Mularkey from their time together in Atlanta.
Mar 5 - 9:41 AM

Falcons released WR Harry Douglas.

Douglas has been a productive wideout in Atlanta when either Julio Jones or Roddy White has been injured, but he’s going to be 31 this season and new OC Kyle Shanahan's offense is going to go through Jones even more than it has in the past. There was no reason to pay all three of Jones, White, and Douglas. The Falcons can get Douglas’ production as the No. 3 receiver at a much cheaper rate via a bargain free-agent signing or mid-round draft pick. The Falcons pick up $3.5 million in cap space by cutting Douglas, who posted a 51-556-2 line in 2014.
Feb 27 - 10:08 AM

Harry Douglas caught five passes for 28 yards in the Falcons' Week 17 loss to the Panthers.

Douglas ends an injury-plagued season with 51 catches for 556 yards and two touchdowns. He's proven to be very serviceable in the Falcons' pass-happy attack when called upon, but Douglas is due a non-guaranteed $3.5 million salary in 2015 as a 31-year-old. The Falcons have some wiggle room under the cap, but with so many holes on the roster and likely a new regime coming in, Douglas could find himself on the chopping block.

Harry Douglas (foot) returned to Falcons practice Thursday.

Douglas will be ready to rock as Atlanta's No. 3 receiver against the Panthers.

Harry Douglas caught 4-of-7 targets for 47 yards Week 16 against the Saints.

Douglas fell back into his No. 3 role with Julio Jones (oblique) active. He still saw seven targets and was a finger-tip grab away from a touchdown in the first half. Douglas will face the Panthers Week 17.

Harry Douglas (foot) is officially active for Week 16 against the Saints.

Douglas has been playing through a foot injury for several weeks, but the ailment has not affected his on-field production. With Julio Jones back in the lineup, Douglas will fall back in as a WR4 against the Saints.

Harry Douglas (foot) returned to practice Thursday.

He was officially limited. Douglas has routinely been sitting out Wednesdays this season. It has not affected him on Sundays, as evidenced by the 10-131-0 line he put on the Steelers in Week 15. Douglas will be a WR2 against the Saints this week if Julio Jones (hip) sits.
