Bears TE Zach Miller caught 3-of-6 targets for 47 yards in Sunday's Week 11 loss to the Broncos.
Due to Chicago's myriad wide receiver injuries, Miller has taken on a bigger role in the passing game than Martellus Bennett, seeing target totals of 5 and 6 the past two weeks. He has three touchdowns over the past three weeks. Miller's Week 11 snap rate was a season-high 84%. Should Alshon Jeffery (shoulder, groin) and Eddie Royal (knee) miss Thursday night's tilt with the Packers, Miller will be a sneaky TE1 streamer for especially desperate fantasy owners. Bears TE Zach Miller caught 5-of-5 targets for 107 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 10 win over the Rams.

The Bears' No. 2 tight end, Miller has now scored three touchdowns the past two weeks. He's always been athletically-gifted, but injuries have marred his seven-year career. Miller's 87-yard catch-and-run score kicked off the scoring for the Bears, and he later caught a wide-open two-yard touchdown in the second quarter. On the long touchdown, Miller caught the ball at the line and showed off his speed, beating everyone upfield. He's not worth a waiver-wire pickup.
Nov 15 - 6:24 PM

Bears re-signed TE Zach Miller to a one-year contract.

Miller, 30, was set to become a free agent. He had a monster preseason opener last fall, reeling in 6-of-6 targets for 68 yards and two touchdowns while working with the starters. He suffered a Lisfranc injury a week later and missed the season. Miller will compete for a roster spot in training camp.
Feb 27 - 12:21 PM

Bears placed TE Zach Miller on injured reserve, ending his season.

Miller exploded for a 6-62-2 line in Chicago's preseason opener, running with the ones with Martellus Bennett suspended. Injury plagued throughout his career, Miller again falls victim after suffering a Lisfranc injury in the Bears' second exhibition game. He's expected to be released with a settlement.

Bears TE Zach Miller is believed to have suffered ligament damage in his foot during Thursday night's preseason game.

X-rays showed Miller avoided a fracture, but he's expected to miss "some time." It could hurt Miller's roster chances because he's on the bubble, despite a highly productive preseason opener. He sounds week to week at best.

Bears TE Zach Miller was carted off the field in Thursday's preseason game with a foot injury.

Miller has an extensive background of injuries, including to his foot. It's the reason he fell out of the league in 2013 before the Bears gave him a shot on a reserve/future deal. Miller was the star of Chicago's exhibition opener, posting a 6-62-2 line. His season could now come into doubt.

Bears TE Zach Miller caught six balls for 62 yards and a touchdown in Friday's preseason opener against the Eagles.

With Martellus Bennett on suspension, Miller capitalized. The Bears used him as an H-back out of the backfield, at slot receiver, and as an in-line tight end. He secured all six of his targets, catching touchdowns from both Jay Cutler and Jordan Palmer while running with the first and second teams. Once compared to Dallas Clark by old Jaguars TEs coach Mike Tice, 29-year-old Miller could appear on the re-draft fantasy radar as a streamer option if Marty B misses any regular season time. Miller should have Chicago's No. 2 tight end job on lock.

Jaguars waived/injured TE Zach Miller (calf).

He'll revert to injured reserve if he clears waivers. A converted quarterback, Miller has always had intriguing pass-catching ability, but simply cannot stay healthy. He landed on injured reserve last October with a shoulder injury, and has also battled knee and foot issues. His time in Jacksonville is likely through.

Jaguars TE Zach Miller will miss a "couple of weeks" with a calf injury.

Previously sidelined with a pectoral injury, Miller had just returned from a multi-week absence on Monday. Injury prone throughout his career, Miller's latest ailment severely damages his chances of making it past final cuts.

Jaguars TE Zach Miller is questionable for Week 1 due to a pectoral injury.

It sounds like a partially torn muscle for the oft-injured Miller. He's dealt with knee, foot, shoulder and now pectoral injuries since breaking into the league in 2009. This latest injury could put him on the roster bubble.

Jaguars TE Zach Miller was cleared to practice two weeks ago after undergoing shoulder surgery in October.

This is the first we've heard that the injury required surgery. The former quarterback believes he's more ready to play tight end now than at any point in his career, but he acknowledges that the burden is on him to prove he can stay healthy for a full season. Miller won't be a fantasy factor behind Marcedes Lewis in 2012.

Jaguars placed TE Zach Miller (shoulder) on injured reserve, ending his season.

Miller's career-long injury woes continue as his season ends with four catches for 42 yards and one touchdown in four games. He's battled knee, foot and now shoulder issues since breaking into the league in 2009. If healthy, Miller will be back as a reserve behind Marcedes Lewis for the final year of his rookie contract.

Miller sat out in Week 5. Buried on the depth chart behind Marcedes Lewis, he's well off the fantasy radar.

Jaguars declared TE Zach Miller, CB Derek Cox, FB Montell Owens, S Courtney Greene, OL Jason Spitz, DE Aaron Kampman, and WR Kassim Osgood inactive for Week 5 against the Bengals.

The Jags' speedy second tight end has just four receptions while battling ongoing lower leg injuries this season. With Owens and Osgood sidelined, the Jags are without their two best special teamers.
