Titans LB Moise Fokou was reportedly arrested in January for driving under the influence of alcohol.
It's unclear if the Titans knew of Fokou's arrest when they signed him to a two-year, $2.8 million deal in March. Fokou was formally charged on February 4, and the news came to light recently only because he entered a not guilty plea. The case will go to trial on October 22. An NFL suspension seems unlikely. Fokou maintains his innocence and has never been arrested in the NFL before. May 17 - 6:58 PM

The Titans reportedly want newly signed Moise Fokou to challenge Colin McCarthy for the starting middle linebacker position.

The talent gap between McCarthy and Fokou is gaping. The problem is that McCarthy has missed 12 games due to injury in his first two NFL seasons. Fokou will at least be prepared to step in as the "Mike" if injury issues crop up again. In the meantime, he'll be a quality special teamer.

Titans signed LB Moise Fokou, formerly of the Colts, to a two-year, $2.8 million contract.

Fokou was reportedly drawing interest from a number of teams, but Tennessee was his lone free-agent visit. The Titans are set as far as starters go among their linebackers, so he'll likely focus on special teams in Nashville. He recorded 43 tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble in 2012.

Free agent LB Moise Fokou will visit the Titans.

Fokou is reportedly being "courted by several teams," but he'll kick off his tour in Nashville. He appeared in all 16 games for the Colts last season, starting one.

Colts acquired LBs Moise Fokou and Greg Lloyd from the Eagles in exchange for CB Kevin Thomas and a 2013 seventh-round pick.

It's a trade that makes sense for both clubs, which is no surprise considering Colts GM Ryan Grigson comes from the Eagles front office. Fokou and Lloyd were extraneous after the Eagles upgraded to DeMeco Ryans and Mychal Kendricks during the offseason. A 22-game starter over the past three years, Fokou will team with 2011 seventh-rounder Lloyd to provide depth inside in Chuck Pagano's new 3-4 defense. The Eagles did well to land 2010 third-rounder Thomas while also picking up a draft pick in exchange for two players unlikely to make the final roster.

Eagles LB Moise Fokou, placed on injured reserve two weeks ago, underwent ankle surgery Thursday.

The surgery was to repair a high-ankle sprain. Fokou figures to be ready for OTAs in May, but the Eagles may opt to move on in 2012.

Eagles placed LB Moise Fokou (ankle) on injured reserve, ending his season.

Fokou suffered the injury, perhaps a high-ankle sprain, in last week's loss to the Patriots. He had just 22 tackles in 11 games, losing his starting job to Akeem Jordan in Week 10. Fokou is signed cheaply through 2012, but the Eagles should make it a priority to find an upgrade in the offseason.

Eagles LB Moise Fokou was forced from Sunday's game against the Patriots with an ankle injury, and is doubtful to return.

A reserve, Fokou had yet to make a tackle before going down. He has 22 on the season. If he's suffered a high-ankle sprain, he'll likely be sent to injured reserve.

Moise Fokou has been installed as the Eagles' starting WILL linebacker.

The Eagles' weak spot is clearly the linebacking corps. Jamar Chaney looks like a stud at the SAM position, but Casey Matthews and Fokou are major question marks. Fokou started 11 games last year and was brutal against the run, recording 43 tackles and one sack in those starts. Keenan Clayton is also an option if Fokou struggles.

Beat writer Geoff Mosher expects Moise Fokou to open training camp as the Eagles' starting weak-side linebacker.

Fokou's move to the weak side hinges on the Eagles' ability to re-sign free agent Stewart Bradley for the strong side. Fourth-rounder Casey Matthews is expected to end up on the weak side, though he'll likely back up Fokou and play special teams as a rookie. Late-season star Jamar Chaney should stick in the middle.

Moise Fokou is expected to replace Akeem Jordan as the Eagles' starting strong-side linebacker this week.

Philly ranks 27th against the run, and was gashed by a previously anemic Washington ground game in Week 4. Fokou projects as a slightly better run defender than Jordan, but the change probably won't make a big difference.

Moise Fokou, recently removed as the starting strong-side linebacker, is going to play defensive end in nickel situations.

Fokou lost his starting gig to Akeem Jordan right out of the gate at camp and is now taking plenty of reps with the defensive ends. He'll remain a valuable backup at outside linebacker.

Moise Fokou is still penciled in as the Eagles starting strong-side linebacker.

All Fokou has to do is hold off Akeem Jordan along with rookies Keenan Clayton and Ricky Sapp, something he should have no problem doing. Fokou started at the "SAM" spot in four games as a rookie and performed well in coverage. The problem is that Fokou is a little smallish at 6'1/236.

Despite Friday's acquisition of Alex Hall, Moise Fokou is expected to remain the Eagles' starting strong-side linebacker.

Assuming they don't draft Sean Weatherspoon. Fokou is more of a true strong-side 'backer in the 4-3, however, with coverage and sure-tackling ability. Hall is a one-trick pony pass rusher, though he offers plenty of upside.

Moise Fokou will start at strong-side linebacker again this week, leaving Chris Gocong mainly on special teams.

Fokou looks like he has the job for the rest of the season, although it's not that big of a role. The Eagles are shifting toward playing more nickel so that their weak linebacking corps isn't exposed.
