Jermaine Gresham caught 5-of-6 targets for 52 yards Week 13 against the Redskins.
Gresham did not find the end zone, but this was a better game than his 35/1 performance against the Falcons last week. He did drop his only missed target, but Gresham had a couple third-down conversions including one where he steamrolled Josh Norman at the sticks. He also came close to a touchdown in the first quarter, but he was brought down at the one. The targets could have just been matchup driven the last two weeks, but the Cardinals have not gotten much out of anyone not named David Johnson or Larry Fitzgerald in the passing game. Gresham may stay involved next week against the Dolphins. Dec 4 - 8:09 PM

Jermaine Gresham caught 5-of-10 targets for 35 yards and one touchdown in the Cardinals' Week 12 loss to the Falcons.

For those wondering why Larry Fitzgerald (4-53 on four targets) was M.I.A. for much of this one, here is our answer. The Falcons have been dreadful against tight ends all season, and the Cardinals chose to attack the middle of the Atlanta defense with big-bodied Gresham instead of slot man Fitzgerald. Gresham entered the game with just 25 targets on the season. He's now scored in back-to-back games and could have had a second touchdown Sunday if not for getting popped by SS Keanu Neal at the goal line. Gresham's score was a one-yarder on the opening drive. The targets are notable, but Gresham will be tough to get behind as a streaming option next week against the Redskins, though Washington has been devoured by tight ends of late.

Cardinals re-signed TE Jermaine Gresham to a one-year contract.

Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Gresham is "taking less to stay." Gresham struggled while being utilized as a receiving tight end early in his career with Cincinnati. The Cards played Gresham to his strengths in 2015, allowing him to stay locked on the line of scrimmage and block. Gresham proceeded to earn PFF's No. 8 overall run-blocking grade among 73 qualified tight ends.

Free agent TE Jermaine Gresham visited with the Jets Friday.

The Jets are Gresham's second visit after he met with Chicago. Gresham didn't run many routes in Bruce Arians' scheme, but was one of the top run blockers last year. He would give the Jets an upgrade from free agent Kellen Davis.
Mar 11 - 5:36 PM

Free agent TE Jermaine Gresham will visit the Bears.

Gresham's visit suggests the Bears are ready to move on from Martellus Bennett. Gresham posted the lowest yardage total of his career last season (223) but was one of the more effective run-blocking tight ends in football. The Bears have also been in talks with Zach Miller.

Jermaine Gresham (knee) is listed as questionable for Week 15.

Cardinals declared WR Jermaine Gresham, RB Andre Ellington, QB Matt Barkley, CB Jerraud Powers, LB Shaq Riddick, OT D.J. Humphries and DT Frostee Rucker inactive for Week 14 against the Vikings.

Gresham is week to week. Ellington is expected to return in Week 15. David Johnson is making another start in Ellington's absence, and is a legitimate RB1 against the Vikings' injury-ravaged defense.

Jermaine Gresham caught 2-of-4 targets for 19 yards in the Cardinals' Week 8 win over the Browns.

Gresham filled No. 1 tight end duties again with Darren Fells out, but fill-in No. 2 tight end Troy Niklas was the biggest beneficiary. He caught a pair of short touchdowns, the first two of his career. Gresham is obviously off the fantasy radar.

Jermaine Gresham caught 4-of-6 targets for 62 yards in the Cardinals' Week 7 win over the Ravens on Monday night.

Filling in for an injured Darren Fells, Gresham tied John Brown for the team lead in targets. His presence over the middle likely factored into Larry Fitzgerald's (3-39) quiet evening. Gresham remains mostly-off the fantasy radar.

Jermaine Gresham (hamstring) and Troy Niklas (ankle) remained limited in Thursday's practice.

With Ifeanyi Momah (knee) lost for the season, the Cardinals need both players to suit up. There's an outside chance new signee Joseph Fauria gets the start, but it will probably be Darren Fells.
