Jermaine Gresham caught 2-of-4 targets for 19 yards in the Cardinals' Week 8 win over the Browns.
Gresham filled No. 1 tight end duties again with Darren Fells out, but fill-in No. 2 tight end Troy Niklas was the biggest beneficiary. He caught a pair of short touchdowns, the first two of his career. Gresham is obviously off the fantasy radar. Nov 1 - 6:03 PM

Jermaine Gresham caught 4-of-6 targets for 62 yards in the Cardinals' Week 7 win over the Ravens on Monday night.

Filling in for an injured Darren Fells, Gresham tied John Brown for the team lead in targets. His presence over the middle likely factored into Larry Fitzgerald's (3-39) quiet evening. Gresham remains mostly-off the fantasy radar.
Oct 27 - 12:37 AM

Jermaine Gresham secured 1-of-1 targets for four yards in Week 1.

He played behind Daniel Fells and is well off the fantasy-league radar.
Sep 13 - 7:33 PM

Jermaine Gresham (hamstring) will be a game-time decision Sunday against the Saints.

He's been limited at practice all week. With both Gresham and Troy Niklas (hamstring) banged up, Darren Fells could draw the start at tight end.
Sep 11 - 3:46 PM

Jermaine Gresham (hamstring) and Troy Niklas (ankle) remained limited in Thursday's practice.

With Ifeanyi Momah (knee) lost for the season, the Cardinals need both players to suit up. There's an outside chance new signee Joseph Fauria gets the start, but it will probably be Darren Fells.
Sep 10 - 5:29 PM

Jermaine Gresham (hamstring) is practicing in full for Week 1.

It's a surprise after Gresham missed the entire preseason. He's now on track to play in Sunday's opener. Troy Niklas (ankle) returned to a limited practice.
Sep 9 - 5:23 PM

Jermaine Gresham (hamstring) won’t play in Thursday’s preseason finale.

Gresham will miss the entire preseason recovering from back surgery and a hamstring issue. With Troy Niklas also sidelined, Darren Fells is locked in as Arizona’s Week 1 starter.
Sep 2 - 7:25 PM

Cardinals activated TE Jermaine Gresham from the active/PUP list.

Despite the activation, Gresham will still be eased into camp. The one-time TE2 will be off the fantasy radar this season.
Aug 3 - 1:24 PM

Cardinals placed TE Jermaine Gresham (back) on the active/PUP list.

Gresham just signed last week, but is still recovering from offseason back surgery. He projects to start at Y-tight end when healthy. The Cardinals also placed TE Troy Niklas on active/NFI.
Jul 29 - 4:52 PM

Cardinals signed TE Jermaine Gresham to a one-year contract.

Gresham, 27, is coming off a plodding 62-460-5 season in Cincinnati, averaging a putrid 7.4 yards per catch. Gresham received interest from the Packers and Chicago prior to signing in Arizona, and had a standing offer from the Saints. The Cardinals project to start Gresham at Y-tight end, but he's unlikely to make an impact under Bruce Arians. Gresham is still recovering from offseason back surgery and remains questionable for the start of training camp.
Jul 24 - 7:15 PM

The Chicago Tribune reports the Bears have "discussed the possibility" of signing free agent Jermaine Gresham.

Interest is heating up in Gresham, who visited the Packers and Cardinals this past week. The Saints are also known to have interest in the 27-year-old "Y" tight end. The Bears are currently rail thin at tight end behind Martellus Bennett, who reported to minicamp after skipping OTAs over a contract dispute. Gresham would give Chicago flexibility to play more two-tight end sets.
Jul 24 - 2:04 PM

Free agent TE Jermaine Gresham is visiting the Packers.

Gresham's trip to Green Bay comes two days after he visited the Cardinals. He'd provide versatile depth behind the underwhelming duo of Andrew Quarless and Richard Rodgers. Signing Gresham could also make Quarless expendable following his early-July arrest on gun charges. When and where Gresham signs depends on the status of his surgically-repaired back. Gresham is best utilized as a blocker at this stage of his career, but is also a competent pass catcher.
Jul 23 - 9:27 PM

Free agent Jermaine Gresham's visit to the Cardinals will take place on Tuesday.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Raiders and Saints have also maintained interest in Gresham after flirting with him earlier this offseason. RapSheet notes that Gresham's physical with teams will be "important," as he is recovering from back surgery. Gresham turned 27 years old last month.
Jul 20 - 2:51 PM

The Cardinals will host free agent TE Jermaine Gresham this week.

Gresham's blocking ability would fit well in Arizona, but he shouldn't sign with Bruce Arians' team if he expects to catch many passes. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Gresham already has a contract offer on the table from the Saints, and "has other visits planned the next two weeks." Most NFL officials are currently on vacation. The transaction wire should begin to pick up late this week.
Jul 19 - 11:15 AM

ESPN’s Coley Harvey confirms the Bengals aren’t interested in re-signing free agent TE Jermaine Gresham.

The Bengals are moving on after drafting two tight ends. Gresham visited the Saints last month and has a standing contract offer from them. 27-year-old Gresham will be five months removed from back surgery for the start of training camp.
