Bengals re-signed S/CB Rico Murray.

Primarily a special teamer, Murray appeared in four games last season with five tackles in kickoff and punt coverage. He can expect a similar role this year. The Bengals' weak depth at corner could keep Murray safe for awhile.

Bengals placed CB/S Rico Murray (ankle) on injured reserve, ending his season.

According to Pro Football Weekly, the Bengals rank second to only the Colts in most players placed on I.R. across the NFL. Cincy has designated 14 players as reserve/injured. The Colts have 16 players done for the year.

Bengals signed S Rico Murray from their practice squad.

Undrafted out of Kent State, Murray played in four games as a special teamer last season. He has the ability to fill in at cornerback, which is helpful with Jonathan Joseph, Leon Hall, and Morgan Trent all banged up this week.
