Bucs promoted S Vince Anderson from their practice squad.

Anderson had a nice showing in Giants camp in 2009, but he's been practice-squad bound ever since. He and Larry Asante will add depth at safety with Cody Grimm out of the year and Sabby Piscitelli released.

Bucs signed S Vince Anderson, formerly of the Giants.

Anderson, 25, starred in 2009 Giants camp, but was waived in June after a year on the practice squad. He'll compete for a fourth safety role in Tampa.
