Date:

Garrett Graham (concussion) will play in Sunday's Divisional Round game against the Patriots.

Graham was back in practice Wednesday, a sign that he's already returned to baseline. The Texans' No. 2 tight end will be a weak check-down valve for Matt Schaub Sunday.
Jan 10 - 10:12 AM

Texans TE Garrett Graham has been officially diagnosed with a concussion, and was limited in Wednesday's practice.

It's Graham's second concussion of the season, but the fact that he's already back at practice suggests he'll suit up against the Patriots. Graham had three catches for 29 yards in Houston's Wild Card win over the Bengals.
Jan 9 - 5:51 PM

Coach Gary Kubiak declined to update the status of TE Garrett Graham (head) Monday.

Graham took a big shot to the head while going over the middle on the final series of Saturday's Wild Card win over the Bengals. Although Kubiak addressed injuries on Mondays during the regular season, he said he won't be doing so until Wednesdays during the playoffs.
Jan 8 - 8:24 AM

Texans TE Garrett Graham caught three passes for 29 yards in Houston's Wild Card win over the Bengals.

Graham's long play came midway through the second quarter, blowing by Bengals MLB Rey Maualuga for a 20-yard pickup. But perhaps Graham's most significant play was a short third-down checkdown catch over the middle late in the fourth quarter to seal the win for Houston. Graham doesn't have great stats, but he's a nearly 90 percent player in the Texans' two-tight end-heavy offense. Houston will visit New England in the Divisional Round.
Jan 5 - 8:17 PM

Garrett Graham had one catch for six yards in Sunday's loss to the Colts.

Graham hasn't had a role in the Texans' offense since dealing with a concussion earlier this season, and is rarely used in the passing game behind Owens Daniels. The majority of his 2012 production came in Week 11 against Jacksonville. Graham would need a Daniels injury to be a factor in the postseason.

Texans TE Garrett Graham (concussion) returned to practice Wednesday, and is practicing in full for Week 15.

He was cleared to play on Thursday, as expected. Owen Daniels' backup will be ready to roll against the Colts, but won't be a viable TE2 for the second week of the fantasy playoffs.

Texans TE Garrett Graham (concussion) will return to practice on Wednesday.

Graham has one more test to pass before gaining clearance for game action. Coach Gary Kubiak is hoping Owen Daniels' backup will be available for Week 15 versus the Colts.
Tue, Dec 11, 2012 05:12:00 PM

Texans TE Garrett Graham (concussion) has been downgraded to out for Week 14.

Graham participated in limited practices this week, but didn't pass his final concussion test and will be in street clothes on Monday night against the Patriots. Owen Daniels will be an even stronger Week 14 tight end play.
Sun, Dec 9, 2012 11:10:00 AM

Texans TE Garrett Graham (concussion) was limited in practice on Saturday and is listed as questionable for Monday night versus the Patriots.

Graham suffered the concussion on a helmet-to-helmet hit in last week's win over the Titans. Aside from his eight-catch, 82-yard, two-touchdown effort against the Jaguars in Week 11, Graham has been a virtual non-factor. He's still tentatively expected to play this week.
Sat, Dec 8, 2012 05:31:00 PM

Coach Gary Kubiak confirmed Garrett Graham sustained a concussion in Sunday's win over the Titans.

Graham had one catch for seven yards before leaving. If he misses time, versatile James Casey will see more tight end snaps.
Sun, Dec 2, 2012 08:05:00 PM

Texans TE Garrett Graham exited Sunday's Week 13 game against Tennessee with a possible concussion.

Graham caught a pass over the middle near the end of the first half, and then crashed into a Titans defender head-on. He got up a little woozy and headed to the locker room. Owen Daniels and James Casey will handle tight end duties.
Sun, Dec 2, 2012 02:33:00 PM

Texans TE Garrett Graham caught eight passes for 82 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's Week 11 overtime win over Jacksonville.

Graham was targeted heavily on the day with Owen Daniels not playing a full amount of snaps in his return from a hip injury. Both of his scores came from one yard out and five yards out in the fourth quarter to get the game tied and force overtime. Graham shouldn't be a fantasy option moving forward.
Sun, Nov 18, 2012 06:10:00 PM

Garrett Graham caught two passes for 11 yards with a touchdown in the Texans' Week 9 win over the Bills.

Graham's first career touchdown came when a scrambling Matt Schaub found his backup tight end on a crossing pattern behind Owen Daniels. He's on pace for just 20 catches and 244 yards this season.
Sun, Nov 4, 2012 04:35:00 PM

Texans TE Garrett Graham caught four balls for a game-high 97 yards in Saturday night's preseason game against the Saints.

Through three exhibition appearances, Graham has seven receptions for 141 yards after coach Gary Kubiak talked him up as perhaps the Texans' most improved player so far in 2012. Graham can run down the seam with sure hands, and he could end up splitting production with Owen Daniels over the course of the season.
