Sims' concussion is "mild," but he doesn't have enough time to get cleared for Thursday's game. Sims has come off the bench in St. Louis' first four games, and tallied his first career sack in Sunday's win. With two weeks to heal, he'll likely be back for Week 6.

A product of West Texas A&M -- which also produced Rams 2009 sixth-round pick Keith Null -- Sims is a raw, 6'6/235-pound rotational pass rushing prospect with impressive length. He'll be in the mix for a roster spot in August.
