Lions extended an exclusive rights free agent tender to CB Prince Miller.

Miller, 23, appeared in four games last season as a sub-package corner and made seven tackles plus another on special teams. Also offering some punt return value, Miller will compete for a low-end roster spot in training camp.

Ravens signed CB/PR Prince Miller off the Patriots' practice squad.

Miller signed on with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent but was waived in favor of Bryan McCann a day after final cuts. Now McCann is gone and Miller is back. He could be the primary punt returner this week after Tom Zbikowski nearly blew the game on Monday night.

Updating a previous item, undrafted CB/PR Prince Miller made the Ravens' final roster.

A beat writer tweeted Saturday morning that Miller had been waived, but the Ravens opted to keep him despite a poor performance in the preseason finale. Easily the most explosive return option on the team, Miller averaged 12.4 yards on 10 preseason punts. Tom Zbikowski will concentrate on safety duties.

Undrafted rookie CB Prince Miller is not expected to make the Ravens' roster after flunking his punt-return audition Thursday night.

Miller returned two punts for 26 yards, but he backed up and muffed another one into his end zone. Starting FS Tom Zbikowski is considered the favorite to at least start the season as the primary punt returner.
