Free agent WR Greg Little worked out for the Cardinals at their rookie minicamp.

A second-round pick by the Browns in 2011, Little has not appeared in a regular season game since 2014 and has not been on a roster since he was released at final cuts by the Bills in 2016. The Cardinals need some help at receiver, but Little would be an exceptionally optimistic dart throw.

Bills waived/released WR Greg Little, LS Reid Ferguson, LB David Hawthorne, OL Robert Kugler, TE Jimmay Mundine, LB Eric Striker, DT Alameda Ta’Amu, QB Austin Trainor, and DT Justin Zimmer.

Little was outlasted by Greg Salas, Marquise Goodwin, and Dezmin Lewis. Striker got some first-team reps early in camp, but fell down the depth chart recently.

Bengals signed WR Greg Little to a one-year contract.

Released by the Bengals in February, Little will again bring up the rear of Cincy's receiver corps after James Wright landed on injured reserve. Little will be lucky to catch a pass in the regular season.

Free agent WR Greg Little will work out for the Bengals.

Little was released by the Bengals in February, but they have a need at the back end of their receiver corps after losing James Wright (knee) for the season. Little will presumably be working out with other veteran wideouts. He visited the Jets earlier this week.

Free agent WR Greg Little worked out for the Jets.

The 2011 second-round bust was cut by the Bengals in February. Little appeared in six games for Cincinnati last season, catching six passes for 69 yards. Little is still only 26, but he's not going to be on anyone's Week 1 roster.

Bengals released WR Greg Little.

Little was only owed $745,000 and is not yet 26 years old, but he showed so little during his 2014 stint with the Bengals that they didn't so much as deem him worth carrying into the offseason. Little is a 2011 second-round bust.

Greg Little was held without a catch on one target in Cincinnati's Wild Card loss to the Colts.

Little had a shot at a long reception, but quit on the route. The play was a fitting summation of his career thus far. Going on 26, Little is headed to the open market, where his phone may not ring before camp.

Bengals declared WR Greg Little, WR James Wright, QB A.J. McCarron, OL Tanner Hawkinson, OLB Emmanuel Lamur, and CB Chris Lewis-Harris inactive for Week 16 against the Broncos.

None are real surprises. Little is a healthy scratch. McCarron is sick. Lamur has a hamstring injury, and Wright is battling a knee problem.

Greg Little caught 1-of-4 targets for eight yards in Cincinnati's Week 10 loss to the Browns.

Seeking "revenge" against his former team, Little was instead limited to one garbage-time grab, which was thrown by backup Jason Campbell. Little was also the target on one of Andy Dalton's three picks, and committed a personal foul. Little remains a thoroughly-ineffective player.
