Bryan Broaddus of DallasCowboys.com "honestly believes" Dwayne Harris has made the "biggest jump" as a receiver, along with Dez Bryant.
Broaddus believes third-round WR Terrance Williams will need a "great" training camp to beat Harris out for No. 3 duties. Harris has reportedly made great improvements with his route running and his overall catching ability. He's also noted as the team's best blocking receiver. Harris could flirt with inconsistent WR3 value in the Cowboys' high-volume passing attack. May 22 - 8:07 PM

ESPN Dallas still considers Dwayne Harris the Cowboys' No. 3 receiver.

"Harris is the No. 3 receiver, but rookie Terrance Williams wasn't drafted in the third round to sit the bench," writes Calvin Watkins. It's going to be a competition to keep an eye on. Harris came on down the stretch last season, catching 17 passes for 222 yards and a touchdown over the final seven games. In a high-volume passing attack, the No. 3 spot could yield some fantasy value.

Dwayne Harris remains penciled in as the Cowboys' No. 3 wideout.

This could change if free agent Laurent Robinson (concussions) gets cleared and works out a deal with the Cowboys. But for now, Harris appears to be ahead of both Cole Beasley and Danny Coale. Still, it's not a high-upside position battle from a fantasy perspective. Kevin Ogletree and Harris combined for 49 catches, 658 yards and five touchdowns last season.

ESPN Dallas' Todd Archer says owner Jerry Jones has "high hopes" for third-year receiver Dwayne Harris.

Harris opened the 2012 season at the bottom of the depth chart, but he moved ahead of Kevin Ogletree as the No. 3 receiver late in the year. He ended up reeling in all 17 of his passes in the final seven games, while averaging 13.1 yards per catch. Dallas is expected to continue to search for receivers, but Harris is slated as the third receiver at the moment.

Cowboys WR Dwayne Harris sustained a high-ankle sprain in the season finale.

Harris had his lower left leg in a walking boot leaving the stadium. Like Miles Austin, he should be fine for offseason workouts as long as the injury doesn't linger. With Kevin Ogletree reaching free agency, Harris is the favorite to enter next season as the No. 3 receiver.
Jan 4 - 9:11 AM

Dwayne Harris was spotted with his left leg in a walking boot at Cowboys' team facilities on Monday.

Harris got his leg rolled up on a return late in Sunday's loss. He seemed to be in a good deal of pain, but the Cowboys never updated his status. The good news is that he appears to have avoided a knee injury. A strong return man, Harris has a chance to earn No. 3 receiver duties in 2013 after catching 17 passes for 222 yards over the Cowboys' final seven games.

Dwayne Harris caught one pass for 25 yards in Dallas' Week 17 loss to the Redskins.

The second-year pro added a sensational grab on a two-point conversion and 78 yards on three punt returns. He also totaled 73 yards on four kickoffs. Although Harris will finish 2012 with just 17 catches for 222 yards, all those numbers came in the season's final seven games. He was easily the Cowboys' third-best receiver during their ultimately futile playoff push. We'd expect him to return as such in 2013, regardless of whether or not impending free agent Kevin Ogletree is re-signed.

Dwayne Harris caught one pass for a 16-yard touchdown in Week 16 against the Saints.

Harris was targeted three times on the day, and his touchdown grab came late in the fourth quarter and was part of the comeback to get the game into overtime. Harris is firmly ahead of Kevin Ogletree as Dallas' No. 3 receiver, and with Kevin Ogletree scheduled to become a free agent after the season, Harris could be a guy to keep an eye on in 2013.

Dwayne Harris caught four passes for 46 yards in Dallas' Week 15 win over the Steelers.

Dallas' emerging No. 3 receiver also added a critical 39-yard punt return with under a minute remaining in the fourth quarter. Although Harris has now drawn 23 targets to Kevin Ogletree's nine over the Cowboys' past five games, he's still not a viable WR4/5 for fantasy purposes.

Cowboys WR Dwayne Harris played 36 snaps during Sunday's win over the Bengals while Kevin Ogletree played 13.

As we await word on Dez Bryant's (finger) status, desperate owners can take an insurance flier on Harris. The smallish 2011 sixth-round pick appears to have passed up the disappointing Ogletree and slot-man Cole Beasley for top backup duties. If Bryant opts for surgery, the quick Harris would be a WR4/5 type. He posted a 3/33/0 line on eight targets against the Bengals.

Cowboys WR Dwayne Harris caught three balls for 33 yards in the team's Week 14 win over Cincinnati.

It was a rough day at the office for the normally efficient Harris, who dropped two passes and had another one of his targets intercepted by Bengals S Reggie Nelson. Harris is rotating with Kevin Ogletree as the Cowboys' third receiver. Neither player has fantasy value in standard re-draft leagues.
Sun, Dec 9, 2012 04:46:00 PM

Dwayne Harris caught one pass for 11 yards in Dallas' Week 13 win over the Eagles.

One week after catching four passes in Kevin Ogletree's absence on Thanksgiving, Harris was back to being a bit player in Dallas' offense. The 2011 sixth-round pick deserves a longer look down the stretch, but is unlikely to get it with Dallas fighting for its playoff life.
Mon, Dec 3, 2012 01:02:00 AM

Cowboys WR Dwayne Harris caught four balls for 71 yards in Dallas' Week 12 Thanksgiving Day loss to Washington.

He experienced an uptick in snaps due to Kevin Ogletree's (concussion) absence, but Harris should have been the Cowboys' third receiver all along. A sure-handed wideout with some open-field shake and lots of run-after-catch ability, Harris has been underutilized in Dallas' offense this year. Should Miles Austin's hip injury prove serious, Harris could be set up for another increased role in Week 13 against the Eagles. He still wouldn't be a fantasy option.

Dwayne Harris is expected to serve as the Cowboys' No. 3 receiver versus the Redskins on Thanksgiving.

Kevin Ogletree has yet to practice this week after sustaining a concussion in Week 11. Harris and Cole Beasley were already beginning to eat into his snap-count. Harris isn't a fantasy option outside of deeper return-yardage leagues.

Dwayne Harris was held without a catch in Dallas' Week 9 loss to the Falcons.

With Dez Bryant and Kevin Ogletree both ailing, there was a school of thought Harris would be in for an uptick in snaps this evening, but it wasn't to be. Eight games into the season, the 2011 sixth-round pick is still looking for his first catch.
