Falcons signed No. 210 overall pick OG Andrew Jackson to a four-year contract.

Jackson was highly regarded after his junior season at Fresno State but slipped in the draft after an injury-plagued senior year. He could be fast-tracked in Atlanta if the Falcons fail to re-sign Tyson Clabo, Harvey Dahl, and/or Justin Blalock.

Falcons selected Fresno State OG Andrew Jackson with the No. 210 overall pick in the 2011 NFL draft.

Jackson was an Academic All-American and three-year starter for the Bulldogs, but missed the majority of his senior season with an ankle injury. He was highly regarded heading into 2010, though, so the Falcons have an interesting developmental guard on their hands. He could end up starting in a year or two.
