Bucs declared CB LeQuan Lewis, RB Michael Smith, OG Roger Allen, WR Chris Owusu, WR David Douglas, DT Corvey Irvin and DT Matthew Masifilo inactive for Week 16 against the Rams.

It's perhaps the quietest list of inactive players you will ever see at this stage of the season, though the Bucs have lost a number of notable players to injured reserve. Josh Freeman is just Rotoworld's No. 19 quarterback for Week 16, but Doug Martin and Vincent Jackson are top eight options at running back and receiver, respectively.
