Bucs declared CB LeQuan Lewis, RB Michael Smith, OG Roger Allen, WR Chris Owusu, WR David Douglas, DT Corvey Irvin and DT Matthew Masifilo inactive for Week 16 against the Rams.

Josh Freeman is just Rotoworld's No. 19 quarterback for Week 16, but Doug Martin and Vincent Jackson are top eight options at running back and receiver, respectively.
