Steelers signed CB Coty Sensabaugh, formerly of the Giants, to a two-year contract.
The ex-Titan signed a "three-year deal" with the Rams last year, but was cut loose a few weeks into the regular season. He latched on with the Giants three days later, and contributed replacement-level snaps down the stretch. He's a depth piece who will be afforded the benefit of the doubt with regards to cracking the 53-man roster in Pittsburgh. He'll be a candidate to man the slot. Mon, Mar 20, 2017 03:30:00 PM

The Giants are interested in re-signing free agent CB Coty Sensabaugh.

Sensabaugh is visiting the Steelers on Monday. Sensabaugh washed out with the Rams and Ravens last season, but ended up playing a decent amount of snaps across 10 games as a Giant. 2017 will be his age-29 season.

Giants signed CB Coty Sensabaugh to a one-year contract.

Sensabaugh washed out with the Rams after signing a "three-year" contract with the Rams in March. The ex-Titan will provide veteran depth for the Giants' banged up cornerback corps.

Rams released CB Coty Sensabaugh.

Sensabaugh started two of the Rams' first three games, but was a healthy scratch with E.J. Gaines back last week. It's another failed signing of GM Les Snead, who gave Sensabaugh a three-year, $14 million deal in March. Sensabaugh's release leaves $6.5M in dead money over the next two seasons. The Rams will move forward with Trumaine Johnson, Gaines, and Lamarcus Joyner as their top three corners.

Rams signed CB Coty Sensabaugh, formerly of the Titans, to a three-year contract.

It's worth "up to" $19 million. Sensabaugh was forced to play major snaps on the outside last season, but should slot in as the nickel back between Trumaine Johnson and E.J. Gaines in Los Angeles. He's also an insurance policy on Gaines, who is returning from a Lisfranc injury. The Rams needed another starting-caliber corner after losing Janoris Jenkins to the Giants. Sensabaugh turns 28 in November.

Titans CB Coty Sensabaugh (knee) is expected to return in Week 10.

Sensabaugh is officially probable after practicing in full this week. He's missed three games with an MCL sprain. Sensabaugh is one of the more underrated slot corners in the league when healthy.

Titans CB Coty Sensabaugh (knee) has been ruled out for Week 7 against the Redskins.

He missed every practice this week. Blidi Wreh-Wilson started and played well in Sensabaugh's absence last week, but Sensabaugh missing is still a blow for the Titans secondary.

CB Coty Sensabaugh began Titans camp as the starting outside corner.

Sensabaugh is competing with second-year CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson to fill the hole in the Titans' secondary left by the departure of Alterraun Verner. The pair will likely trade off days with the first-team defense, meaning Wreh-Wilson should start tomorrow. Wreh-Wilson is the favorite to win the job.

Titans placed CB Coty Sensabaugh on injured reserve with a left foot injury, ending his season.

Sensabaugh suffered the injury in Sunday’s loss the Cardinals. He appeared in all 14 games as Tennessee's slot corner before going down, finishing with 37 tackles and six passes defensed. The Titans will promote CB Khalid Wooten from the practice squad to replace him on the active roster.

Titans CB Coty Sensabaugh suffered a concussion in Sunday's Week 5 game against the Chiefs.

Sensabaugh is Tennessee's slot corner between Alterraun Verner and Jason McCourty. He's done for the day and will be questionable for Week 6.

The Nashville Tennessean reports Titans CB Coty Sensabaugh has "quietly taken control" of nickel back duties.

Sensabaugh, a 2012 fourth-rounder, ran with the first-team nickel defense in OTAs, and he hasn't slowed down through the first couple days of training camp. Beat writer Jim Wyatt thinks it would be a "surprise" if he lost the grip on the job. Look for Jason McCourty and Tommie Campbell to start on the outside.

Second-year CB Coty Sensabaugh is practicing as the Titans' first-team nickel corner at OTAs.

With Alterraun Verner falling out of favor -- he's now being tried at safety -- Sensabaugh is the nickel between Tommie Campbell and Jason McCourty. Perhaps the Titans are just experimenting, but Verner's fall is surprising after arguably being Tennessee's top cover cornerback the past two seasons.

Titans signed fourth-round CB Coty Sensabaugh to a four-year contract.

Sensabaugh runs like the wind at about 5-foot-11, 190, and consistently made special teams plays on Clemson's kickoff and punt coverage units. He may grow into a sub-package role on defense. The Nashville Tennessean recently listed Sensabaugh as a possibility as a slot corner, but the Titans' interest in free agent Drew Coleman suggests they want a veteran in that spot.

The Nashville Tennessean lists No. 115 overall pick Coty Sensabaugh as a candidate for slot duties following the departure of CB Cortland Finnegan.

Tommie Campbell, Chris Hawkins and Ryan Mouton are all options, as well. Sensabaugh started for just one year at Clemson, but has prototype size/speed for a slot corner. Mouton, a former third-round pick, will be one year removed from Achilles surgery in August.

Titans selected Clemson CB Coty Sensabaugh with the No. 115 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft.

The cousin of Cowboys SS Gerald Sensabaugh was one of Mike Mayock's favorite sleepers at the corner position. He started just one year at Clemson, but ran a 4.37 40-yard dash at the Combine and can play press coverage. There's raw upside here.
