CB Coty Sensabaugh began Titans camp as the starting outside corner.
Sensabaugh is competing with second-year CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson to fill the hole in the Titans' secondary left by the departure of Alterraun Verner. The pair will likely trade off days with the first-team defense, meaning Wreh-Wilson should start tomorrow. Wreh-Wilson is the favorite to win the job. Jul 26 - 2:53 PM

Titans placed CB Coty Sensabaugh on injured reserve with a left foot injury, ending his season.

Sensabaugh suffered the injury in Sunday’s loss the Cardinals. He appeared in all 14 games as Tennessee's slot corner before going down, finishing with 37 tackles and six passes defensed. The Titans will promote CB Khalid Wooten from the practice squad to replace him on the active roster.

Titans CB Coty Sensabaugh suffered a concussion in Sunday's Week 5 game against the Chiefs.

Sensabaugh is Tennessee's slot corner between Alterraun Verner and Jason McCourty. He's done for the day and will be questionable for Week 6.

The Nashville Tennessean reports Titans CB Coty Sensabaugh has "quietly taken control" of nickel back duties.

Sensabaugh, a 2012 fourth-rounder, ran with the first-team nickel defense in OTAs, and he hasn't slowed down through the first couple days of training camp. Beat writer Jim Wyatt thinks it would be a "surprise" if he lost the grip on the job. Look for Jason McCourty and Tommie Campbell to start on the outside.

Second-year CB Coty Sensabaugh is practicing as the Titans' first-team nickel corner at OTAs.

With Alterraun Verner falling out of favor -- he's now being tried at safety -- Sensabaugh is the nickel between Tommie Campbell and Jason McCourty. Perhaps the Titans are just experimenting, but Verner's fall is surprising after arguably being Tennessee's top cover cornerback the past two seasons.

Titans signed fourth-round CB Coty Sensabaugh to a four-year contract.

Sensabaugh runs like the wind at about 5-foot-11, 190, and consistently made special teams plays on Clemson's kickoff and punt coverage units. He may grow into a sub-package role on defense. The Nashville Tennessean recently listed Sensabaugh as a possibility as a slot corner, but the Titans' interest in free agent Drew Coleman suggests they want a veteran in that spot.

The Nashville Tennessean lists No. 115 overall pick Coty Sensabaugh as a candidate for slot duties following the departure of CB Cortland Finnegan.

Tommie Campbell, Chris Hawkins and Ryan Mouton are all options, as well. Sensabaugh started for just one year at Clemson, but has prototype size/speed for a slot corner. Mouton, a former third-round pick, will be one year removed from Achilles surgery in August.

Titans selected Clemson CB Coty Sensabaugh with the No. 115 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft.

The cousin of Cowboys SS Gerald Sensabaugh was one of Mike Mayock's favorite sleepers at the corner position. He started just one year at Clemson, but ran a 4.37 40-yard dash at the Combine and can play press coverage. There's raw upside here.
