Ravens selected Georgia DT DeAngelo Tyson with the No. 236 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft.

Tyson is a nose tackle type at 6-foot-2, 315 with nearly 34-inch arms. He also showed better than anticipated athleticism at his Pro Day with a 5.05 forty and 4.68 short shuttle. Originally a five-star prep recruit, Tyson ultimately had a disappointing college career. The talent has always been there, however, and the Ravens' coaching staff will attempt to harness it.
