Falcons selected South Carolina DT Travian Robertson with the No. 249 overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft.

Sporting a lean frame and lacking strength to anchor, Robertson succeeds most when disengaging early to slant into the backfield with length. His high posture is an issue since it weakens his balance, but Robertson has a frame to build on. For stretches he played behind the line of scrimmage in the SEC, amassing eight tackles for loss as a Senior. Robertson's best asset is his length and potential pass rush ability.
