Mike Brown - WR - Jaguars

Jaguars wide receivers coach Jerry Sullivan said undrafted rookie Mike Brown has a lot of the same qualities as Wes Welker.

Brown has come from way off the radar to give himself a shot at a roster or practice squad spot. He played quarterback at tiny Liberty University. Still, he only has a prayer because the Jaguars' receiving corps is extremely thin behind starters Justin Blackmon and Laurent Robinson.

Blackmon has two DUI arrests and a four-game substance-abuse violation on his resume since 2010. But none of that occurred while Bradley was in contact with the 2012 No. 5 overall pick.
