The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel says to "keep an eye on" TE Brandon Bostick.
This isn't the first time we've been told to watch out for Bostick, a former college receiver and basketball player. Bostick isn't much of a blocker, but he can jump out of the gym. The Packers lost Tom Crabtree this offseason, and spots are up for grabs behind Jermichael Finley and blocking specialist Matthew Mulligan. May 3 - 9:34 AM

Packers signed TE Brandon Bostick, QB B.J. Coleman, OT Andrew Datko, C Garth Gerhart, OG Joe Gibbs, LB Micah Johnson, CB James Nixon and S Chaz Powell to reserve/future contracts.

ProFootballWeekly.com reported in December that the Packers consider Bostick the "X-factor" of their 2013 tight end corps. However, as last year's Diondre Borel and Tori Gurley hype can attest, Packers practice-squad players have been overhyped in the past. According to Pro Football Weekly, Packers practice squad TE Brandon Bostick is considered an "X-factor" for the 2013 plans at the position.

Bostick was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Newberry (SC) after the 2012 draft. He was a receiver and basketball player in college who possesses "eye-opening potential as a downfield weapon." Green Bay is expected to cut ties with Jermichael Finley after the season, but D.J. Williams is considered the in-house favorite to replace him in the starting lineup. Bostick's athleticism is something to keep an eye on in the offseason.
