Marquise Goodwin caught 4-of-8 targets for 35 yards in the Bills' Week 13 loss to the Raiders.
Goodwin entered this one with a minor wrist issue, but he ended up leading all Bills receivers in snaps with Robert Woods (knee) and Percy Harvin (illness) out. His eight targets were second-most to Sammy Watkins' nine. Goodwin hasn't done much in recent weeks. He'll be a WR4 next week against the Steelers. Dec 4 - 8:07 PM

Date:

Marquise Goodwin (wrist) is active for Week 13 against the Raiders.

Goodwin will probably lead this receiver group in snaps with Sammy Watkins (foot) still not 100 percent and Percy Harvin (illness) and Robert Woods (knee) out. Goodwin is a dart-throw WR4 against a leaky defense.
Dec 4 - 2:38 PM

Marquise Goodwin (wrist, questionable) returned to practice Friday.

Goodwin hurt his wrist in Thursday's practice, but it appears he'll be fine for Sunday against the Raiders. With Robert Woods (knee) and Percy Harvin (illness) sidelined, Goodwin should lead the Bills' receivers in snaps.

Dec 2 - 11:15 AM

Marquise Goodwin injured his wrist in Thursday's practice, and was unable to finish.

Yikes. With Percy Harvin and Robert Woods also likely to miss Sunday's game against the Raiders, Tyrod Taylor could be left with a snap-counted Sammy Watkins. Taylor always offers major upside, but his Week 13 downside is shaping up as considerable. Goodwin's status will be updated no later than Friday.
Dec 1 - 1:54 PM

Marquise Goodwin caught 2-of-4 targets for 13 yards in the Bills' Week 12 win over the Jaguars.

A boom-bust player on the field, Goodwin is usually a "bust" player in the box score due to his dependency on streak-route receptions in order to compile any meaningful yardage. He'll be a long-shot dart throw in the deepest of leagues when the Bills visit the Raiders for Week 13.
Nov 27 - 4:27 PM

Marquise Goodwin caught 2-of-3 targets for 15 yards in the Bills' Week 11 win over the Bengals.

Goodwin played almost every snap, but he was outproduced by Brandon Tate (2-48) and remains a big-play-dependent fantasy commodity who isn't going to rack up a bunch of catches in any game. With that said, Goodwin's opportunity is on the rise due to Robert Woods' (knee) injury. Goodwin will be on the radar as a boom-bust WR4 when Buffalo hosts Jacksonville in Week 12.
Nov 20 - 4:24 PM

Marquise Goodwin caught 4-of-5 targets for 43 yards in the Bills' Week 9 loss to the Seahawks.

Making his return from a one-week absence due to a concussion, Goodwin, Walter Powell, and Justin Hunter split duties behind No. 1 wideout Robert Woods. Goodwin wasn't able to get loose for any big gains. Big plays are his calling card, but they're impossible to predict. Goodwin has minimal fantasy value.
Nov 8 - 12:43 AM

Marquise Goodwin (concussion) was a full participant at Friday's practice.

That's an improvement from Thursday when he was limited. It puts Goodwin on track to play Monday night against Seattle. The boom-or-bust deep threat isn't a fantasy option.
Nov 4 - 1:49 PM

Marquise Goodwin (concussion) was "limited" in Thursday's practice.

The one-trick pony deep threat is tentatively on track to return after missing Week 8. Even in an injury-ravaged receiver corps, Goodwin has zero fantasy value.
Nov 3 - 6:06 PM

Marquise Goodwin (concussion) is out for Week 8 against the Patriots.

He was the only source of offense for Buffalo last week against the Dolphins. The Bills are at least getting Robert Woods (foot) back in the lineup, but Goodwin was their field stretcher on the outside. Woods mans the slot, and now Justin Hunter will likely have to play more snaps against Malcolm Butler.
Oct 28 - 12:19 PM

Marquise Goodwin (concussion) did not practice Thursday.

This almost certainly means he will sit out this week. Justin Hunter should serve as the No. 2 behind Robert Woods.
Oct 27 - 11:53 AM

Marquise Goodwin (concussion) is not practicing Wednesday.

Goodwin has been in the concussion protocol twice this season now after banging his head on the turf both times. He's looking unlikely for Week 8 against the Patriots. The good news is Robert Woods (foot) was back at practice.
Oct 26 - 11:44 AM

Bills WR Marquise Goodwin suffered a concussion Week 7 against the Dolphins.

Goodwin's head slammed on the turf after he went up high for an off-target throw in the fourth quarter. With Robert Woods (foot) looking unlikely to play this week, the Bills are ridiculously thin at receiver. Justin Hunter played the most snaps against the Dolphins.
Oct 24 - 10:11 AM

Marquise Goodwin caught 4-of-7 targets for 93 yards and one touchdown in the Bills' Week 7 loss to the Dolphins.

With Robert Woods (foot) out, Goodwin took over as the default No. 1 receiver and led the team in targets. He was pretty quiet before absolutely toasting Byron Maxwell for a 67-yard touchdown. Goodwin has elite deep speed and will occasionally score a long touchdown, but they're hard to predict. Woods didn't practice all week and could again miss Week 8 against the Jets.
Oct 23 - 5:52 PM

Marquise Goodwin hauled in two-of-six targets for 13 yards and a touchdown Sunday in the Bills' Week 5 win over the Rams.

Goodwin didn’t make much noise aside from his game-sealing touchdown late in the fourth quarter. He beat Troy Hill on the play for a six-yard score. Two of his six catches this year have gone for touchdowns. He’ll continue to serve as the Bills’ No. 2 receiver with Sammy Watkins and Greg Salas both sidelined but we’re guessing that role won’t amount to much fantasy significance.
