Ravens OL Ryan Jensen suffered concussion in the team's third preseason game.
Jensen was playing left tackle with the Ravens' offensive line ravaged by injuries. Jensen took a big hit to the head at the end of a run in the first quarter. He appeared very woozy as he walked off the field and was taken straight into the locker room. Jensen will have to pass through the league's concussion protocol before returning. Ravens practice squad G/C Ryan Jensen currently suffers from severe sleep apnea.

Jensen, a sixth-round pick of the Ravens in 2013, was part of Baltimore's final cuts over the weekend. The Baltimore Sun observed Jensen being visibly "groggy" and "more irritable" this summer. Sleep apnea is common, but Hall of Famer Reggie White died in his sleep due to complications from his severe sleep apnea. The Ravens were fairly high on Jensen prior to this summer.

The Ravens have moved second-year G/C Ryan Jensen to tackle.

Jensen played left tackle in college but is built more like an NFL guard. He measures 6-foot-4 and 318 pounds. The Ravens are giving Jensen an opportunity to compete with Rick Wagner for the starting right tackle job. He didn't appear in a single game as a rookie due to a broken foot. If anything, being able to play any position up front gives him a good shot to be active on game day.

Ravens sixth-round G Ryan Jensen is out indefinitely after fracturing his foot early in training camp.

He'll need surgery. Per beat reporter Aaron Wilson, Jensen "could miss roughly ten weeks." Jensen was already on the roster bubble, and may end up using 2013 as his "redshirt" year. Expect Baltimore to waive/injured him soon.

Ravens agreed to terms with No. 203 overall pick G/T Ryan Jensen on a four-year contract.

Jensen, a 2012 FCS All-American at Colorado State-Pueblo, allowed zero sacks as a senior, and he's projected to play guard at the NFL level. The Ravens' backup spots along the offensive line are all up for grabs.

Ravens selected Colorado State-Pueblo G/T Ryan Jensen with the No. 203 overall pick.

Jensen (6-foot-3 1/2, 317) was charged with zero sacks allowed as a senior and earned FCS All-America honors in each of his final two seasons. He turned in a solid Pro Day workout with forty times of 5.23 and 5.34 to go with 30 reps on the bench. Jensen projects inside to guard at the next level. In training camp, he'll compete for a roster spot behind Kelechi Osemele and Marshal Yanda.
