The Eagles have converted OT Michael Bamiro to guard.
That's where he's working full time in OTAs. A hyped Supplemental Draft prospect who ended up going undrafted last summer, Bamiro couldn't make it past final cuts in Philly. He spent the year on the practice squad. Bamiro has a mountainous 6-foot-8, 340-pound tackle frame, which makes it unlikely that he's any more of a success at guard. May 29 - 9:20 PM

Eagles waived OT Michael Bamiro.

Bamiro went unselected in the Supplemental Draft, but has an imposing 6-foot-8, 338-pound frame. Per the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Eagles hope to stash him on the practice squad. Bamiro is a plus athlete, but making the transition from small-school Stony Brook, he simply isn't ready for the NFL.

Eagles signed Stony Brook OT Michael Bamiro.

Bamiro was ruled ineligible for his senior season, and therefore last week's Supplemental Draft. A 6-foot-8, 338-pound behemoth, Bamiro was considered a fourth-round prospect by NFL.com's Gil Brandt. He played right tackle for Stony Brook. A plus athlete with long 36 1/8-inch arms, Bamiro is an intriguing fit for coach Chip Kelly's high-octane offense on paper, but will be up against it to earn a roster spot in camp.
