Jordan Leopold, Cody Goloubef, and Sean Collins will all be healthy scratches Monday night against the Predators.
Leopold has played in 20 games for the Blue Jackets this season but since the team is getting healthier, he is finding himself in the press box more and more, missing the past three games. Goloubef and Collins have combined to play five games for the Jackets this year, without scoring a point. Dec 22 - 5:08 PM

Jordan Leopold scored a goal in Columbus' 4-2 loss on Tuesday.

It was Leopold's first goal of the 2014-15 campaign. He was acquired by the Blue Jackets from St. Louis on Nov. 15 in exchange for a fifth round pick in 2016.
Nov 26 - 8:58 AM

The Columbus Blue Jackets are hoping that Jordan Leopold's veteran presence will aide the team.

Columbus acquired Leopold from St. Louis, in part because the Blue Jackets' blueline has been devastated by injuries. "He's a good addition to our group," said coach Todd Richards. "We're a young hockey team. He has that experience on the ice, but it will go well beyond that. It will be his experience in the locker room and away from the ice." Leopold had been serving as the Blues' seventh defenseman, so this is a great opportunity for him to play regularly.
Nov 17 - 10:37 AM

Jordan Leopold is in the lineup Saturday night for the Blue Jackets against the Sharks.

Columbus acquired him from the Blues earlier in the day. He is opening up with David Savard. He does not have a point in seven games this season, and there’s little offensive upside here.
Nov 15 - 7:21 PM

The Columbus Blue Jackets have acquired Jordan Leopold from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for a fifth round pick in 2016.

The 34-year-old has played in seven games for the Blues and hasn't registered a point yet. Leopold has had a hard time getting into the Blues' lineup this season. Columbus isn't as deep as St. Louis, so Leopold should be able to get more game action. Even though he's now in a better situation, Leopold still has no fantasy relevance going forward. The Blues retained $500, 000 of Leopold's salary.
Nov 15 - 12:52 PM

Jordan Leopold is likely to return to the lineup on Thursday.

Leopold spent Sunday's game in the press box. Look for him to play alongside Barret Jackman.
Oct 21 - 4:21 PM

Even though he played in only three of the Blues' last 25 games of the regular season, Jordan Leopold dressed as St. Louis' sixth defenseman in Game 1 against the Blackhawks Thursday night.

Leopold was injured for much of the season but appears fine right now and will play ahead of both Carlo Colaiacovo and Ian Cole for the time being.
Apr 18 - 1:44 PM

Jordan Leopold will return from his ankle injury on Thursday against Buffalo.

Barret Jackman will come out of the lineup because of a lower-body injury, so Lepold will take his place. Leopold has been sidelined since Feb. 8, but he'll return in time to play against his former team.
Apr 3 - 12:51 PM

Jordan Leopold (ankle) is close to returning to the Blues' lineup.

Leopold has been out since Feb. 8 and has only played in 24 games this season. When he has been healthy, he's scored a goal and six points.
Mar 28 - 6:30 PM

Jordan Leopold (ankle) wasn't able to return Sunday and he's not expected to play until next week.

He was able to return to the ice on Monday, so he appears to be over his bout with the flu. Leopold hasn't played since Feb. 8 because of an ankle injury.
Mar 24 - 6:07 PM

Look for Jordan Leopold to return to the St. Louis lineup after recovering from a bout with the flu.

He will likely dress for St. Louis' Saturday afternoon encounter with the Flyers. If for some reason you are counting on Leopold, get ready to activate him.
Mar 22 - 9:23 AM

Jordan Leopold (ankle) won't return on Wednesday.

In addition to his ankle injury, Leopold is also dealing with the flu. He hasn't played since Feb. 8.
Mar 18 - 2:08 PM

Jordan Leopold (ankle) was on the ice with his teammates for St. Louis' optional skate Wednesday.

Leopold is questionable for Thursday's game against Edmonton. Injuries have limited him to just 24 games in 2013-14.
Mar 12 - 6:31 PM

Jordan Leopold (ankle) isn't expected to play during St. Louis' upcoming road trip this week.

However, he may travel with the team. Leopold skated in full equipment on Sunday for the first time since sustaining a high-ankle sprain on Feb. 8 against Winnipeg. He has been limited to 24 games this season due to injuries.
