He will fill in for suspended center Martin Hanzal in the contest, but it is unclear where he will play. Pouliot has skated in five games with the Coyotes during this postseason and he has contributed one assist.

Marc-Antoine Pouliot and Alexandre Bolduc were summoned from the minors by Phoenix before Game 3 on Tuesday.

They are available to play in Game 4, but the Coyotes may not tinker with a lineup that won Tuesday night in overtime. Both players give the team more options with Martin Hanzal (lower body) and Lauri Korpikoski (upper body) expected to miss their second straight games Thursday.

Pouliot has two points in nine games with Phoenix this season. Teams tend to send players to the minors over the All-Star break so that they can get in a few more games. Many of those players will be recalled at the end of the break, but some are in for a longer AHL stint.

Marc-Antoine Pouliot has agreed to a one-year, two-way deal with the Phoenix Coyotes.

Phoenix acquired Pouliot from the Tampa Bay Lightning for the 201st overall pick in the 2011 NHL entry draft. He scored 25 goals and registered 47 assists in 69 AHL contests last season.

The rights to Marc-Andre Pouliot were traded to Phoenix for the 201st overall selection.

Pouliot was traded from Tampa Bay for the 201st pick. He is currently unsigned so the trade for strictly for his rights. He was once upon a time a first rounder in the draft. He played just three games for the Lightning last season.

Forwards Marc-Antoine Pouliot and Mike Angelidis, as well as defenseman Mathieu Roy will join Tampa Bay as members of their Black Aces squad. Their AHL affiliate was knocked out of the Calder Cup Playoffs in the opening round by Wilkes-Barre/Scranton last weekend.

Pouliot had a brief stint with the Lightning earlier this season. He had no points and a minus-three rating in a 5-1 loss to Pittsburgh on November 12th.

Pouliot made his season debut for the Bolts on Friday against Pittsburgh, but was held scoreless and finished with a minus-3 rating in nearly 12 minutes of ice time. In 12 games with Norfolk this season, he leads the team with 18 points.

Marc-Antoine Pouliot has passed through waivers and will go to the minors.

Pouliot, the 22nd overall pick in the 2003 Entry Draft, has never really made it in the NHL, playing 176 games and scoring only 21 goals and 53 points for the Oilers. At age 25, he will never be a fantasy asset. He will play this season for Norfolk of the AHL and will get called up to the Lightning if there are injuries.
