Jeff Tambellini is projected to start Game 7 on the second line with Ryan Kesler and Christopher Higgins.

Jeff Tambellini will take Mason Raymond's spot in the lineup in Game 7 on Wednesday night.

He has no points in five playoff games, but he could help replace some of the speed that the Canucks lose with Raymond sidelined with a fractured vertebrae. However, it is unclear where he will end up playing in Game 7. Tambellini could end up on the second or third line in the contest.

There's a good chance that Jeff Tambellini will play in Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals.

Mason Raymond was hospitalized after being forced awkwardly into the boards by Boston's Johnny Boychuk early in Game 6. Although little is known about Raymond's status, it would be surprising if he is able to play in Game 7, which means that the Canucks need to find an alternative. Tambellini has no points and a minus-three rating in five playoff games.
