Corey Perry scored twice and added an assist in the Ducks' 5-3 win over Calgary on Tuesday.
Perry really should have had the hat-trick it wasn't for a fluke save by Flames' goalie Karri Ramo. The goals were his sixth and seventh of the season. He now has 15 points in 22 games and should finish with Perry like numbers if he stays healthy. Rickard Rakell picked up two goals as well and Cam Fowler and Sami Vatanen each had two helpers. After finding the needle in the haystack not once, but twice, Corey Perry scored his fourth of the season and 301st career goal - passing Paul Kariya in the process.

While with a two-man advantage, Perry made sense of the mad scramble just to the right of Thomas Greiss to cut the Islanders lead to 2-1. Perry now owns second place on the Ducks all-time goals scored list, though Kariya needed 606 games compared to Perry's 739. In case you're wondering, Teemu Selanne sits atop the table with 457 goals in 966 games.
Nov 14 - 12:50 AM

Corey Perry scored twice but it wasn't enough as the Ducks fell 4-3 in overtime to the Oilers on Wednesday.

Perry has now tied Paul Kariya for second all-time in goals for the Ducks' franchise. His second goal of the game was vintage Perry as he got a puck directly in front of the net and made a slick backhand-forehand move and roofed over the sprawling Nilsson. After a slow start, Perry now has four goals and seven points in his last five games.
Nov 12 - 1:51 AM

Corey Perry scored the only goal of the game early in the first period as the Anaheim Ducks defeated San Jose 1-0.

Perry has four points in his last two games and now has two goals and eight points this season. Ryan Getzlaf and Patrick Maroon drew the assists. Perry looks to be back in form after a horrible start to the season, something that apparently happened to all the Ducks forwards in the month of October.
Nov 8 - 1:33 AM

Corey Perry picked up three assists in Friday's 4-2 win over Columbus.

It appears that Scorey Perry is starting to heat up, as he now has points in four of his last five games. This span also includes six of his seven points of the season.
Nov 7 - 1:10 AM

Corey Perry scored his first of the season in Anaheim's 3-2 SO win over Florida on Wednesday.

Perry scored with just over five seconds left to tie the game and send it into overtime where the Ducks eventually prevailed in the shootout. He picked a fine time to score his first of the year for the Ducks and hopefully this is the turning point for him and his fantasy owners going forward. Perry has just the one goal and three assists for four points in an ultra-slow start. Chris Stewart scored the other goal for the Ducks in regulation time.
Nov 5 - 1:58 AM

Corey Perry registered an assist in a 2-1 loss to St. Louis on Thursday.

Anaheim has been anemic offensively so far this season and Perry is at the center of that. Through 10 games he still doesn't have a goal and has only registered three assists. We do expect Perry to rebound, but this start has been about as painful as it can get for a superstar forward.
Oct 30 - 10:05 AM

Corey Perry had an assist in Anaheim's 4-1 win against Minnesota on Sunday.

It was Perry's first point in five games this season. His slow start has frustrated fantasy owners, but he's very likely to bounce back. As long as he can stay healthy, the 40-goal and 80-point marks are still within his capability of reaching.
Oct 19 - 8:06 AM

The Anaheim Ducks have not scored a goal in the last 163:04.

Anaheim has played in four games thus far and have scored only one goal, that from the stick of Sami Vatanen. Their top scorers Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf and Ryan Kesler have yet to get a point this season and it's beginning to get tiresome for their poolie owners, never mind the fans of the Ducks. The scoreless streak continued on Friday as Reto Berra (yes, the backup goalie of the Avalanche) became the latest netminder to shut down the Ducks with 35 saves in a 3-0 win for Colorado.
Oct 17 - 5:34 AM

The dynamic duo of Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf still are not playing together for the Ducks.

Coach Bruce Boudreau decided to split the twosome up after 10 years together, to get the opposition from using their top defense pair and best defensive forwards to go head-to-head against both. On Saturday night Getzlaf was in between Carl Hagelin and Chris Stewart with Perry on the wing with Rikard Rakell and Jiri Sekac. Ryan Kesler will skate with Jakub Silfverberg and likely Pat Maroon. That gives the Ducks three solid lines and prevents opponents from concentrating on one or two. Perry and Getzlaf will play together on the power play and Perry scored Saturday night with the man-advantage.
Oct 4 - 4:25 AM

Corey Perry scored both goals for the Ducks in a 2-1 preseason win over Los Angeles on Tuesday.

He scored the game winning goal 43 seconds into overtime in classic Corey Perry fashion. The power forward freed himself in front of the net and hammered it past Kings goalie Jhonas Enroth. Perry is a top option at the wing position and should be targeted high in all fantasy formats. Rikard Rakell picked up helpers on both goals. Anton Khudobin made 31 saves to get the win.
Sep 30 - 1:56 AM

Corey Perry scored for the Ducks in their 2-1 preseason win against the Sharks on Saturday.

Perry also had four penalty minutes, so he’s in regular-season form already. He possesses an intriguing blend of high-octane offense and feistiness that fantasy owners crave. He had 33 goals, 55 points and 67 penalty minutes in as many games last season. Chris Wagner got the other goal. Anton Khudobin made 23 saves.
Sep 26 - 11:42 PM

Corey Perry had personal highs in the 2015 playoffs with 10 goals and 18 points in 16 games.

His 10 goals also tied Anaheim's franchise record for goals in a single postseason, which was originally set by Andy McDonald in 2007. Unfortunately, he won't get to continue as his Ducks were eliminated in the Western Conference Final by Chicago.
Jun 1 - 12:02 PM

Corey Perry scored once for the Ducks on Saturday.

It was the feisty winger's 10th of the playoffs and cut the margin to 4-2 but the Ducks could get no closer. Perry had 18 points in 16 games but was a minus-four over the last two games against Chicago. He should be a top pick in next season's pools as he is capable of scoring, scoring on the power play, a good plus/minus and plenty of penalty minutes.
May 31 - 7:30 AM

Corey Perry, Ryan Getzlaf and Ryan Kesler were a combined minus-eight in Game 6 Wednesday.

The trio will have to do a lot better than that if the Ducks hope to take Game 7 and the series on Saturday."You want to go out there and you want to prove yourself," Perry said. "Yeah, it hasn't gone the way we wanted it to in the last few Game 7s. But I think, you know, this is a different team. There's different pieces to the puzzle now. We got to go out and we got to prove that."
