A key to the Bruins-Red Wings series will be how well Jimmy Howard will be able to hold Boston's talented group of forwards off the scoresheet.
He did a legitimate job during the regular season as Detroit defeated Boston three times but the playoffs is an entirely different matter. For his part, Howard believes an upset over the Bruins is possible. "For the last couple of years we have sort of played the underdog role," Howard said. "It's no big deal. It's sort of fun. It's a change, that's for sure. But this team can be very dangerous because of the young legs. They use their speed to an advantage out there". Howard will have to be at his finest if the Wings hope to advance past the Bruins. Apr 18 - 10:07 AM
