Jokinen had 21 goals and 57 points in 81 games in 2013-14, so he'll do well for himself on the open market. Pittsburgh's in a tough cap position as it is, so it's not surprising that they couldn't meet his demands.

The Penguins head to Columbus a win away from advancing to the second round. Jokinen's goal was the game-winner, picked up at 6:16 of the third period. He has three goals and a point in every game but one. Chris Kunitz, who also had an assist on Kris Letang's empty-netter, also scored. Letang's goal marks his first point of the playoffs. Sidney Crosby, Matt Niskanen, Brendon Sutter, Craig Adams and Lee Stempniak registered assists. The Penguins had 51 shots on goal in the win.
