The St. Louis Blues have taken way too many penalties this season.
Going into Friday's action, the Blues were tied with Calgary for the most minor penalties with 95. "It’s hurting us," Blues center Kyle Brodziak said. "When we’re killing penalties and guys are sitting on the bench too long, not getting involved in the game, it takes us as a group longer to get involved in the game." Luckily for St. Louis, their PK ranks third in the NHL. Nov 26 - 11:54 AM

Then the Blues took over. Vladimir Tarasenko scored his 37th of the season to put St. Louis ahead 3-2. Patrik Berglund made it 4-2 with his 10th of the season. Brodziak cemented the victory at 19:09. Tarasenko also contributed an assist, his 34th.
