Blake Comeau will get the first crack at replacing Pascal Dupuis on Sidney Crosby's right wing Friday night against the Islanders.

Said Crosby, "And for [Comeau], he's a great skater. He has a great shot. He's hard on pucks. But with [Comeau's] speed I think he should be able to create a lot that way." This might be the best thing that's ever happened to the former Islanders second round pick in 2004.

He and (Pascal) Dupuis have known each other for quite a while. They've done a great job of welcoming me." He has generated three goals and seven points in 11 games this season.
