The talented center now has nine goals on the season. The Jets' other goal was scored by Dustin Byfuglien, his fifth of the season. The Jets are struggling. (Now under .500 at 8-9-2, the Jets haven't won in their past six games.

Little's goal at the 11:45 mark of the first period tied the game at one. Unfortunately for the Jets, they fell apart in the second period and found themselves down 5-1 going into the third. Little added two more points in "garbage time", but his fantasy owners won't complain. The 27-year-old has eight goals and 16 points in 16 games this season.

Center Bryan Little had a goal and an assist in the Winnipeg Jets' 4-2 victory over the Maple Leafs in Toronto Wednesday night.

Little scored his sixth goal of the season into an empty net at 19:34 of the third period to cement the Jets' victory. He assisted on the game-winning goal at 17:55 of the third. It was his seventh assist of the season. The goal was scored by Alexander Burmistrov. Seconds before his goal, Burmistrov had stepped out of the penalty box after serving a holding-the-stick penalty and found himself on a 2-on-1 with Blake Wheeler. They made two passes before Burmistrov finished the play with his second goal of the season. Dustin Byfuglien gave the Jets a 1-0 lead at 3:41 of the first period when he took a pass from Mathieu Perreault. Mark Scheifele produced Winnipeg's other goal, his fifth of the season. Perreault had two assists in the game to give him nine on the season. Toby Enstrom also posted two assists, his second and third of the season.

Bryan Little has scored 11 points in his last eight contests.

Little added two more points in Saturday's win over Columbus. He's on pace to score 37 goals and 82 points this season. Little's a good player, but it would be surprising to see him reach those totals.

Little's shorthanded tally gave the Jets a 2-1 lead in the second period, while his power play goal in the third frame extended their lead to 3-1. The goals were Little's first two points of the season. Rookie Nikolaj Ehlers and Mark Stuart also scored for the Jets. Winnipeg finishes their four game road trip with a solid 3-1-0 record, as they picked up wins in Boston, New Jersey and New York. They will play their home opener against Calgary on Friday night.

Bryan Little was suffering from a dislocated rib in the postseason.

He didn't have a point in the first two games of Winnipeg's series against Anaheim, but he produced two goals and an assist in the last two matches. In 70 matches during the regular season, Little posted 24 goals and 52 points. He will use the summer to recover.

Mark Stuart scored the other goal for the Jets who just couldn't muster up enough offense in the third period to avoid the sweep.

Little's goal was brilliant and beautiful as he intercepted a Cam Fowler exit-pass and ripped a slapper past Frederik Andersen late in the second. Little also co-lead all skaters with six shots (Andrew Ladd) and added three hits across his 19:48 of work.
