Ryan White scored his fifth of the season Saturday but his dad stole the show.
The Coyotes took their fathers on the road trip for the first time in franchise history and apparently some San Jose fans were heckling them so when White scored, his dad gave it back to the hecklers. We now know where White gets his toughness from and his 70 minutes in 37 games shows you. Feb 5 - 7:26 AM

Ryan White scored his fourth goal of the season as the Coyotes lost a 3-2 contest to the Kings Tuesday.

White has come on strong recently. He is riding a three-game streak in which he scored at least one point, but he has a ways to go before he is fantasy relevant since he has only eight for the season with a -7 rating.
Feb 1 - 12:10 AM

Ryan White will indeed return to the Coyotes' lineup on Thursday against the Wild.

Through 30 games thus far the rugged winger has posted five points along with 60 PIMs and 98 hits.
Jan 19 - 7:39 PM

Ryan White (lower body) remains a possibility for Thursday's game.

That being said, White is on the injured reserve list, so the Coyotes would need to make room for him prior to the contest if they are to use him. White has missed 11 straight games.
Jan 19 - 1:54 PM

Ryan White (lower body) could be ready to play on Thursday.

"Probably going to give him another day," coach Dave Tippett said. " ... He's going to skate today. We'll see where it goes toady." White has already missed 10 games with a lower-body injury and he isn't expected to play on Wednesday either.
Jan 18 - 2:08 PM

Ryan White (lower body) probably won't return on Wednesday.

It would be Arizona's 11th consecutive game without White. He has five points and 60 penalty minutes in 30 contests in 2016-17.
Jan 18 - 4:36 AM

Ryan White is expected to be at practice Sunday after suffering a lower body injury 10 games ago.

White has been out since December 21 and has two goals and five points in 30 games but his points total is not the reason the Coyotes have him in the lineup when he is healthy as he is a rugged bottom-six forward who makes things happen. If you are in need of penalty minutes then White is your man as he has 60 this season.
Jan 15 - 7:23 AM

Ryan White is beginning to show signs of life for the Coyotes.

The veteran winger has been skating with the team of late, showing positive signs that he's healing up from his lower body injury. White is still day-to-day.

Ryan White (lower body) probably won't be back this week.

He skated on Tuesday, but won't travel to Vancouver for Wednesday's contest. White has been sidelined since Dec. 21 due to a lower-body injury.
Jan 3 - 4:40 PM

Ryan White (lower body) has been moved to the injured reserve list.

The move is retroactive to Dec. 21, so White can be activated whenever he's healthy. The Coyotes needed to free a roster spot for Alexander Burmistrov, who they claimed off waivers on Tuesday. In other words White going on the IR says little about his recovery.
Jan 3 - 9:39 AM

Ryan White (lower body) didn't participate in Friday's practice.

White will miss Saturday's contest, but he still might be able to play at some point next week. He has two goals and five points in 30 contests in 2016-17.

Ryan White (lower body) will not play on Thursday.

White remains day-to-day beyond that. He's already missed two games due to the ailment.

Ryan White has a lower-body injury.

White is out Friday and day-to-day beyond that. He has five points and 60 penalty minutes in 30 games this season.
Fri, Dec 23, 2016 05:12:00 PM

Ryan White and Kevin Connauton will be scratched against the Wild on Saturday.

With just four points through 28 games this season, White's fantasy viability is limited unless you can make use of his 60 PIMs and 86 hits that is.

Ryan White and Kevin Connauton will be scratched against the Maple Leafs on Thursday.

Through 27 games this season the veteran winger has posted four points with 60 PIMs and 80 hits, rather beastly rates if you're in the right league. Connauton meanwhile has still just eight games to his credit.
