Ryan White (upper body) skated by himself on Friday.

White was scheduled to miss two-four weeks when diagnosed last week so he is still one-three weeks away from returning. He had three points in 17 games before the injury. He has 24 penalty minutes and 53 hits thus far so he has some value if you play either or both of those categories.
Nov 21 - 8:32 AM

Ryan White will miss two-to-four weeks with an upper body injury.

Through 17 games this season White has posted three points, 24 PIMs and 53 hits. Which is bad news for all those in reverse leagues.
Nov 15 - 4:32 PM

Ryan White registered an assist in Philadelphia's 4-3 overtime loss Tuesday night.

White has two assists in eight games this season. The 27-year-old set a career-high last season when he recorded 12 points.
Oct 28 - 10:39 AM

Ryan White re-signed with the Philadelphia Flyers on a one-year, one-way deal worth $800K.

After missing the first three months of the 2014-15 seasons recovering from surgery on his left pectoralis muscle, White joined the Flyers at the end of January and had a career season. He set new offensive highs with six goals and 12 points over 34 games, White also recorded 34 PIMs while averaging 11:34 ice time per game.
Jun 30 - 6:43 PM

Ryan White wants to return to the Philadelphia Flyers next season.

White will become a UFA on July 1 as he was on a one-year/two-way contract this season. "I definitely want to be back," White said. "It’s a good fit here for me. Finally got an opportunity to show what I can do every night on a regular basis and it was a lot of fun." White had six goals and 12 points in 34 games this season and could get 20-25 points if he is healthy enough to play a full season.
Apr 19 - 8:25 AM

Ryan White fought Eric Boulton early on in the first period of Tuesday's 5-4 win over the Islanders.

There was no score at the time, and White picked up an Unsportsmanlike Conduct minor on top of the fight. White managed to send two pucks to the net and play over 10 minutes, including nearly four on special teams, to go along with his seven penalty minutes. He now has 30 PIMs in 32 games this season.
Apr 7 - 11:54 PM

Philadelphia center Ryan White had a goal and assisted on another in the Flyers' 5-2 loss to the Devils in New Jersey Sunday.

In 19 games this season, White has three goals and five assists. Michael Raffl also scored for the Flyers, who never led this game. Raffl's goal came while the Flyers were shorthanded at 11:44 of the third period. It was his 16th goal of the season.
Mar 8 - 8:51 PM

Ryan White is questionable for Thursday's game due to a possible ankle injury.

White was struck by the puck during Tuesday's contest. If White can't play on Thursday, then Vincent Lecavalier will probably be inserted into the lineup.
Feb 26 - 9:58 AM

Ryan White's second goal of the season Saturday, extended his points streak to four games.

White missed almost three months of the season with a pectoralis muscle injury and then was sent to the minors before being recalled after the All-Star break. He has five points in 11 games this season with a plus-four rating. He is worth looking at while he is this hot.
Feb 22 - 9:12 AM

Ryan White scored a goal in the Flyers' 3-2 shootout loss to Buffalo.

White is now on a three-game point streak. He missed nearly three months of playing time due to a pectoralis muscle injury, but now that he's healthy he's doing what he can to keep his current roster spot.
Feb 20 - 8:07 AM

Ryan White will play against the Montreal Canadiens for the first time on Tuesday.

White was drafted by Montreal in 2006, but signed with the Flyers over the summer. He's only played in five games with Philadelphia in 2014-15, due in large part to a pectoral injury.
Feb 10 - 11:23 AM

Ryan White won nine of 10 face offs on Thursday.

That is outstanding as only a handful of players are over 60 percent this season. White was recalled due to the suspension of Zac Rinaldo and is centering a line with Wayne Simmonds and Martin Straka. The Flyers will hope for more of the same on Saturday when they host Toronto.
Jan 31 - 9:37 AM

As expected, Ryan White is back up with the Philadelphia Flyers.

He was projected to be called up after the All-Star break. White will get a chance to play with Zac Rinaldo suspended. White had surgery in the off-season to repair a torn pectoralis muscle injury, so when he suits up for the Flyers it will be his debut with the team.
Jan 26 - 2:45 PM

Look for the Philadelphia Flyers to recall Ryan White before Tuesday's game against Arizona.

The Flyers will need to recall a forward with Zac Rinaldo being suspended for six games before the All-Star break and it looks like it will be the former Hab. White has not played in the NHL this season as he underwent surgery to repair a torn pectoralis muscle injury suffered in the off-season. He has a goal and three points in 11 AHL games thus far but his limited fantasy value will be in penalty minutes in traditional pools.
