Michael Grabner has only one goal in his last 16 games.
The veteran was put back on a line with J.T. Miller and Kevin Hayes but that did not break the streak. Amazingly enough, Grabner continues to lead the Rangers with 27 goals but they sure would like him to start scoring again. He did have two breakaways in the game but the speedy winger failed to convert. Mar 26 - 9:33 AM

Michael Grabner is expected to be back in the lineup Sunday after missing five games with a hip injury.

Grabner practiced on Saturday and looks to be ready to go. He has been one of the big surprises in the NHL this season with 26 goals, 25 coming at even strength. His speed will definitely help the Rangers as it keeps opposing defensemen on their heels. He practiced with Kevin Hayes and J.T. Miller. Put him back in your lineup if you normally would.

Feb 10 - 9:25 AM

Michael Grabner owes some of his resurgence this season to J.T. Miller.

Grabner has scored 25 goals this season, in part thanks to his speed, but Miller's ability to fish him the puck has also been a significant factor. "Pretty much, yeah," Grabner said of Miller's aide. "Obviously he has great vision out there. It’s just easy for me to get open, try to use my speed and let them make the plays. They both can score goals, too, so you have to watch out for them." The other player Grabner was referring to was his other common linemate, Kevin Hayes, who has also gelled well with Grabner. This is Grabner's best season since 2010-11 when he scored 34 goals and 52 points in 76 games.
