Finally, Michael Grabner has returned to the score sheet.

Grabner put home a sweet feed to collect his first goal in five games. Now up to 13 goals in 26 games, and a 22.6% shooting mark, he seems well on his way to a career season.
Dec 3 - 7:41 PM

Michael Grabner is on the ice for the pregame warmup, so it seems like he will play Tuesday night.

He didn't skate in the morning because of an illness.
Nov 29 - 6:35 PM

Michael Grabner is questionable to play Tuesday because of an illness.

A decision on his status will be made later this afternoon. Grabner has enjoyed a surprisingly successful start to the season with 12 goals and 16 points in 23 games.
Nov 29 - 1:23 PM

Michael Grabner had a goal and an assist in the Rangers 5-2 win Monday.

Grabner is having a comeback season of the ages as he already has 12 goals and 16 points in 20 games after a nine goal, 18 point performance in 80 games last season for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He scored 34 in his rookie campaign in 2010 with the Islanders so he knows where the net is, he just didn't do a good job of finding it over the last five years.
Nov 22 - 8:28 AM

Michael Grabner found the back of the net in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets.

He has four goals in his last four contests. Grabner's been one of the biggest surprises of this young 2016-17 season. The Rangers forward already has 11 goals, which is two more than he had in 80 games with the Maple Leafs last year. He's currently on pace to score 50 goals. Grabner will likely slow down at some point, but for now, he needs to be added in standard fantasy leagues.
Nov 18 - 11:14 PM

Michael Grabner lit the lamp twice in New York's 3-1 victory over Edmonton on Sunday night.

Grabner now has 10 goals and 13 points through 16 games this season. The 29-year-old has exceeded 32 points just once in his career, but seems to have found a cozy home on the Rangers. He already has more goals than he had in 80 games last season.
Nov 14 - 1:10 AM

The New York Rangers' greatest strength - beyond Henrik Lundqvist - is in their scoring depth, which showed again on Saturday in a 4-1 win against the Calgary Flames.

No Rangers skater had more than one point. Michael Grabner continues his hot start with New York, scoring his eighth goal of 2016-17; rookie Jimmy Vesey is already at seven goals himself. This scoring by committee system might not be the easiest thing to turn into fantasy gold, but it's impressive to watch.
Nov 13 - 12:50 AM

Michael Grabner had a goal and an assist in the Rangers' 5-2 win versus Boston on Saturday.

That's Grabner's third multi-point game over the span of just four contests. He now has seven goals and 10 points in 12 contests with seven of those points being recorded in that four-game span.

Nov 6 - 9:31 AM

Michael Grabner was electric in Sunday's game against the Lightning, scoring three times for his third career hat trick.

Grabner already has five goals and six points in nine games so far this season. That's coming close to the nine total goals the 29-year-old scored last season in 80 games with the Leafs. Grabner led a potent Rangers attack that scored six goals to sink Tampa Bay.
Oct 30 - 10:50 PM

Michael Grabner found the back of the net in the Rangers' 5-3 win against the Islanders on Thursday.

Grabner finished the 2015-16 campaign with nine goals and 18 points in 80 games. Obviously, this is an encouraging start, but keep in mind that Grabner logged just 10:47 minutes of ice time Thursday night, which is arguably a better indication of his long-term fantasy value than the goal he scored.
Oct 14 - 11:03 AM

Michael Grabner has signed a two-year deal with the New York Rangers.

After a great rookie season when he potted 34 goals, Grabner has not performed very well at the NHL level and last season was his worst as he had only seven goals in 66 games with the Maple Leafs. He has spent most of his career with the Islanders and now heads back to New York, albeit with the Rangers. He has no fantasy value.
Jul 1 - 2:13 PM

Michael Grabner scored a goal in Sunday's 1-0 win over the Detroit Red Wings.

Grabner was hauled down while on a breakaway. The puck bounced into Wings goalie Petr Mrazek, off Grabner's backside and in the net. The on-ice official originally gave Grabner a penalty shot, but after review the referee decided to overturn the call. P.A. Parenteau picked up the only assist on the goal. Grabner finally put an end to his 30-game goalless drought. He has seven goals in 66 games in 2015-16.
Mar 13 - 10:27 PM

Michael Grabner didn't skate Monday morning, but he is fine to play against Chicago.

He has produced six goals and 11 points in 52 games this season with the Maple Leafs.
Feb 15 - 1:40 PM

Michael Grabner had six root canals during the All-Star break.

"I broke five teeth and one was loose," he said. "The nerves were probably going to (deteriorate) so they decided to do root canals and build it up again." Grabner was struck in the mouth by a shot on Jan. 26 against Florida which caused the damage, but he played the next night versus Tampa Bay with a face shield.
