Nick Foligno scored two goals and had an assist in the Columbus Blue Jackets' 7-1 rout of the visiting St. Louis Blues Friday night.

Foligno had not scored in 10 games. The two goals gave him a career-high 20, tying him for the team lead with fellow all-star Ryan Johansen, who enjoyed a big night himself with a goal and two assists. Johansen also hit the 20-goal mark and has 27 assists. Foligno has 28 assists. Columbus also received goals Friday from Cam Atkinson (10th), Corey Tropp (first), Matt Calvert (seventh) and Scott Hartnell (11th). Tropp also had an assist and was a plus-three, as were Foligno, Johansen, Brandon Dubinsky and Fedor Tyutin. Jack Johnson was a plus-four for Columbus. Jack Skille had a game-high seven shots. Dubinsky posted two assists. It was the 10th time in franchise history that the Blue Jackets scored at least seven goals. The last time was a 7-3 win vs. the New York Islanders on April 7, 2012.

The Columbus Blue Jackets seem like they're sticking with the plan of splitting up Ryan Johansen and Nick Foligno for the time being.

According to Left Wing Lock's line combination frequency charts, Johansen has had Scott Hartnell on his wing while Foligno has been skating with Brandon Dubinsky for a significant portion of the past three games. Keep that in mind for Daily Fantasy formats in particular.
