Peter Harrold was added to lineup as Lou Lamoriello has decided to go with seven defenders against the Blue Jackets on Tuesday night.

The pairs will be: Andy Greene with Adam Larsson; Jon Merrill with Damon Severson; Mark Fraser with Eric Gelinas; and Peter Harrold is expected to serve as the swing man. He could be used up front as well. Harrold has three points, 29 hits, and 36 blocks in 32 games this season.

Peter Harrold will be scratched against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Saturday night.

Peter Harrold scored a goal in New Jersey's 3-1 loss to Chicago on Friday night.

Harrold opened the scoring at the 15:30 mark of the first period and that score held until the third period. The Blackhawks opened up the machine in the final frame and scored three unanswered goals to defeat the Devils. This was only Harold's second goal of the year and his first since November 28th. The 31-year-old has three points in 26 games this season. He obviously has no value in standard fantasy leagues.

Peter Harrold will be a healthy scratch for the Devils Wednesday night against Toronto.

Harrold hasn’t cracked the lineup since January 16th in Anaheim and has just one goal and zero assists in 19 games this season. His minus 11 rating has really hurt his chances at getting back in the Devils lineup going forward unless there is an injury on the blue line.

Harrold has played in only eight games for the Devils this season, recording just a single goal to go along with a minus six rating. Eric Gelinas will be back on defense for the Devils in place of Harrold. Harrold doesn't have much fantasy value if he can’t maintain a spot in the lineup.

Peter Harrold will draw into the Devils lineup Monday night versus the Hurricanes.

After being called up yesterday, December 7th, Harrold will be paired up with Eric Gelinas to form the third defensive pair for the Devils. Harrold has just a lone goal in four games on the season and will look pick up his point production with the opportunity. Seth Helgeson will be a healthy scratch giving way to Harrold.

The New Jersey Devils have recalled Peter Harrold from the American Hockey League.

The 31-year-old has one goal and a minus-3 rating in four games for New Jersey this season. The Devils have assigned Damien Brunner to the minors in a corresponding roster move.
