Patrick Kaleta suited up in his first preseason game Thursday night after being sidelined with a groin injury.
He was hurt during scrimmages on the first weekend of camp. However, Kaleta's return didn't last long as he exited the match due to a lower-body injury and did not return. He is attending training camp on a tryout, but he already has an AHL deal with the club's minor-league affiliate. He will probably play in Rochester this year. Oct 2 - 10:05 AM

Although Patrick Kaleta is mere hours away from officially becoming an unrestricted free agent, he still wants to re-sign with Buffalo.
