Brandon Dubinsky has only one assist in seven games.

Not only he is having trouble in the offensive zone but he is also a minus-eight this season. Have some doubts if you are thinking of putting him into your lineup.

Brandon Dubinsky is pointless and has a minus-six rating after only two games.

His second game was better than his first as he was minus-five against the Bruins in the Blue Jackets seasonal debut. Dubinsky had 48 points and a minus-16 rating last season so it's not like this is new to him. He should bounce back and get 45-50 points but will have huge trouble being a plus-player this season in Columbus.

We're one game into the season and Brandon Dubinsky has an ugly minus-five rating.

That's the worst rating Dubinsky has ever been charged with for a single game and it came during Columbus' 6-3 loss to the Boston Bruins on Thursday. "I’m disappointed in myself right now," Dubinsky said. "They pressure hard, they have some good players. That top line played well for them. We weren’t able to create the puck time and the forecheck – my line especially – that we needed. We were one and done and then chasing them." He had 48 points and a minus-16 rating in 75 games last season.
