Jannik Hansen is third in the NHL in goal scoring per 60 minutes.

Hansen is averaging 1.36 goals per 60 minutes and that places him just behind Tyler Seguin in the NHL. The Canucks could be having a youth movement and at age 29, Hansen would not fit into those future plans.

Feb 19 - 1:32 AM

Jannik Hansen scored the winner in the Canucks' 2-1 win over Arizona on Wednesday.

It wasn't overly pretty as it was a double deflection pass that eventually made its way of Coyotes' player Oliver Ekman-Larsson and into the net. The goal was his 16th of the season and snapped a four game goalless drought. He's already tied his career high in goals now as he has reached 16 in two seasons prior. Jake Virtanen scored the other goal for the Canucks.
Feb 11 - 12:56 AM

Jannik Hansen did not see any time on the Vancouver power play Saturday despite getting the hat trick.

The Canucks only had one opportunity so it wasn't entirely fair but Linden Vey saw 1:27 on the first unit and it jst doesn't make a lot of sense. Hansen did see 3:11 shorthanded and scored in that situation as well. Hansen has 15 goals and 26 points in 45 games this season.
