Ryan Carter (hand) has been taken off injured reserve and he's set to return on Tuesday night.
"I'm feeling good. The break was a good chance to recharge the battery," Carter said. "January is a tough month, so it's nice to get a little break. [Monday's] practice was good and I look forward to getting things going in the second half." He has been sidelined since Jan. 10 with a hand injury.
