Jakub Voracek has just one goal and two points in his last seven games.

The entire Flyers top line of Voracek, Claude Giroux and Brayden Schenn has gone quiet lately. At this point Flyers coach Craig Berube has been tempted to separate Voracek and Giroux, which highlights just how bad the slump has gotten as they were arguably the league's top duo for most of the season. Every player goes through slumps and we expect Voracek to bounce back in the not too distant future.

The Philadelphia Flyers top line of Jakub Voracek, Claude Giroux and Brayden Schenn are struggling in even strength situations.

Voracek picked up an assist on Friday to move into sole possession of second place in the scoring race but it was on the power play. "They're not working together very well," coach Craig Berube said. "To me, they have to work harder and play a simple game." Voracek has been a minus-three in his last two games and the Flyers continue to struggle with their first line not playing well.

Voracek had three goals and three assists in the event, matching Mario Lemieux's showing in 1988. Columbus was the host city for the All-Star Game, so this was a homecoming of sorts for Voracek. He was drafted by the Blue Jackets in 2007, but traded by them in 2011 as part of the Jeff Carter deal. Voracek broke out with his new team, Philadelphia, and has a league-leading 56 points this season.

Philadelphia's Jakub Voracek registered a pair of assists in Tuesday's 5-2 win over Minnesota and extended his leads in the NHL's scoring race.

Voracek has now recorded 46 points on the year, which puts him four clear of Tyler Sequin, who was shut out by the Maple Leafs on this night. It's hard to imagine he'll be able to keep up his current pace, but he has likely already delivered enough production for his fantasy owners to turn a profit.
