The Ducks are in the middle of a three-game road trip that ends Sunday in Colorado. Although there is no timetable for Fistric's return, he's unlikely to play on Sunday.

Fistric may be out a while but it comes at the best time possible with the 17 day Olympic break just five days away. "We have extras," coach Bruce Boudreau said. "There's no sense rushing anybody. He's had an injury like this in the past. From what I heard yesterday, he just wrapped it and went back out and ended up really hurting himself. So we don't want that to happen." Fistric has no fantasy value in traditional pools with just five points this season. Look for Bryan Allen to take his spot on the blueline Monday.
