Brian Lee will play on Friday after spending seven straight games in the press box.

Lee played in 50 games last season, but we wouldn't be surprised if he falls short of that mark in 2011-12. He doesn't have any fantasy value.

Brian Lee is a keeping a positive attitude at training camp despite being on the bubble for a roster spot.

"That's not for me to worry about," he said. "I'm not part of the management or the coaching staff. I'm a player. So I just have to play hard and play well. That other stuff will take care of itself." Former Ottawa coach Cory Clouston benched Lee for 25 straight games and 32 times in total during the 2010-11 campaign. He has also been under the radar with Filip Kuba, Chris Phillips, Sergei Gonchar, Erik Karlsson, Matt Carkner, Jared Cowen and David Rundblad garnering most of the attention for active duty. It appears as though Lee will be unlikely to play regularly in Ottawa this season.

Look for Brian Lee to be in street clothes when the Senators take on Washington Sunday afternoon.

Lee will probably be the odd man out as Chris Campoli finds his way back into the lineup for this game. Lee has been in and out of the Ottawa lineup all season so this should have little impact on fantasy leagues.

Senators' defenseman Brian Lee will serve as a healthy scratch Saturday against the Maple Leafs.

Lee is the odd man out for tonight's game as Filip Kuba is making his return to the lineup after a one-game absence. Lee's fantasy value is next to nothing at the moment so this news likely didn't rock your world.
